Emperor x Reader:  34. “You come to my room and wake me up at 4 am, to cuddle?” / 47. “You’re seriously like a man-child.”

Sleep beckoned you to fall into its sweet comfort.  Your eyelids had grown heavy and your breathingrelaxed more into a steady rhythm.  Andafter a few more peaceful moments, you answered slumber’s call.

Several hours passed, and there was a soft sound echothroughout your room.  If you were notstill comforted in sleep, you may have woken up.  Instead, the light taps stilled, as did yourmind.

Unfortunately, before you fell back asleep, there was a riseof your bedsheets.  Instantly you turnedand found a stranger sliding into the bed. All sorts of thoughts and alarms flashed before you.  You began to panic.

“MATEU- “

A hand abruptly cut you off as you tried to shout for theEmperor.  Another strong arm pinned youdown as you struggled to escape.

You felt heated lips speak against your cheek in a soothing voice.

“Silence yourself.  Itis only me”

Your eyes attempted to meet the man’s lavender ones to reassureyourself that it was indeed the Emperor. Though dark, the pale moonlight casted a small light on his handsomefeatures.  His expression seemed to be amix of amusement and something close to concern, if it was possible.

He removed his hand and you breathed deeply to slow yourracing heart.  As you calmed from thefright, he Emperor slid in closer to your side, not fully releasing his hold.

The horror he just put you through was replaced with anger.  Emperor or not, he had no right to do what hepleased while you slept.

“What the hell were you thinking?”

That definitely amused him. It usually did when you were upset and yelled at him.

“Why do you still whisper?” he questioned.

You closed your eyes and attempted to count chocobos.  Clearing traces of malice from your voice, youreplied.  “You’re seriously like a man-child.  You know that right?”

He was silent.

You cracked an eye and peered at the ruler.  His own eyes were closed as if asleep, but hewas smiling.  Probably because he knew bynow how empty your threats and ‘hurtful’ words truly were.

“What are you doing here, anyway?” you asked.

You were pulled closer to his form, and blushed at how, unlikehis daily robes and armored attire, his night garments were far more fine againsthis figure.  Your thoughts drifted andcontinued to wander as his lips found and lingered across your shoulder.

“I desired your presence. Nothing scandalous, mind you.”  Hesmirked against your barren neck.  Such ascene, yet so innocent a motive.

An absurd thought came to mind.  “Wait. You came to my room and wake me up at 4 am, to cuddle?”

He chuckled, and you became very aware of his hot breath againstyour cool skin.  “If you wish to think ofit that way, then yes. But dawn is still very much distant.”

As it was dark, you allowed yourself to roll your eyes dueto his self-centered nature.  It wasdoubtful Mateus would ever change, and so it was a trait to adjust to.

“You did scare me.” Your voice softened further.

Vaguely, you could make out that he was studying your expression.  “It was never my intention.”  He moved to press a soft kiss to yourforehead.

Any remaining anger vanished.  You always found yourself forgiving him, especiallywhen he did things like this.

You nestled your head against the slope of his neck.  “In my defense, you’re not dressed in how Inormally see you.  And your hair is alsodown,” you said as your fingers combed through the Emperor’s long hair.  The feeling of his mane was light to the touchand was odd to see it free of a crown or the devil-styled horns.  “Next time just wake me up before you climbinto my bed.”

The Emperor gave an evil smile.  “It was worth hearing you attempt to call meby name rather than Emperor.  I wish youwould do so again.  Until dawn.”

anon asked: Can you do a Dire Crowley request? If so can we get a scenario of his wife visiting NRC and seeing all the crap he has to deal with. Lolz

“this is the shit you have to deal with everyday?”

a tree was burnt because sOMEONE couldn’t keep his paws to himself and just had to steal ace’s sandwich 

there was a hoard of animals out of nowhere with jamil viper trying his best to capture them and bring them back to the scarabia dorm

there was a pile of injured students from an accident while playing magishift 

crowley just nervously chuckled while you strutted your way into the main street

using you magic, you fixed everything in less than a second and left crowley speechless

“if you don’t take your job seriously and fix everything, it’s better if i become headmaster instead of you.”

welp you were hhis wife for a reason, and he was basically swooning over you the whole day

all the students were intimidated by you and actually fixed things up when you were around

they all thought you were threatening and soooo scary 

but when it was time for the meeting with the dorm leaders, all of them welcomed you to the room with heartwarming smiles

“(y/n)-san!” “welcome back, (y/n)-san.” “HI MOM!”

the dorm leaders treated you way better than they treated crowley (and of course he was jealous lol)

it’s just like you having 7 kids who bicker with each other a lot but really love and respect you

“(y/n)-san, maybe you should take over the position of headmaster.” crowley dropped his teacup and you chuckled. “right? i keep telling him that but he just wouldn’t listen.” 

crowley hurriedly ended the meeting and pushed you outside the door from your seven beloved kids (lololol)

by the end of the day, you were sitting on top of his desk and he was sitting on his chair and rested his head on your lap

you were gently stroking his hair and he just sighed after another long day

“you’re right dear…maybe you should be headmaster instead”

you chuckled “oh? me? take care of this disastrous place? no thank you. taking care of you is already disastrous enough.”

he smirked and undid his mask to be able to kiss you

and thus, dire crowley still kept his job as the headmaster, but you just visited way more often and made sure things were in check

night raven college was your second home after all

okay i genuinely am confused the difference between scenarios and headcanons. so if this is wrong i am terribly sorry -v-. and also i cant help but spell scenario as scenariou (as in in riou from hypmic)~
