Kurama’s Life - Personal History

From youkai to human…It could be said that Kurama is now living his second life. It is hard to imagine from the gentle expression of Shuuichi Minamino that he had a turbulent past.

1. As a bandit in the Demon World!

A thousand years ago, Kurama Youko and Yomi, in order to build their own country in the Demon World, had become bandits and engaged in secret maneuvers. He was steadily expanding his power and discarded Yomi, whose selfish words and deeds were standing out, but at the time the Demon World was already being divided into two massive forces: Raizen and Mukuro. After leaving the Demon World behind, Kurama shifted his base of operations to the Human World.

The way Yusuke and Kurama are contestants 0001 and 0002. Makes one wonder if Kurama organized the tournament for Yusuke since Yusuke didn’t seem to know the mechanics despite being the tournament mastermind XD

Yomi was 08, Hiei seemed to have registered with Mukuro (Hiei 69, Mukuro 66), Chu and the gang registered together too (Chu 13, Suzuki 14, Rinku 15, Jin 16, Touya 17, Shishiwakamaru 18).
