do you guys ever think about how in mystreet when Aaron and Aphmau started dating how like. by this point Aphmau had gone through an EXTENSIVE list of Boy Romance Experience, with numerous crushes and almost-boyfriends, and meanwhile Aaron had spent his entire life up to this point completely isolated. Aphmau was his first and only friend until she introduced him to her group of friends and pushed him out of his shell, like. he has friends now because Aphmau has friends and her friends adopted him. this man had never even kissed anyone before Aphmau, he is a total newbie at social situations and relationships, and meanwhile Aphmau has boy romance drama history for days. he’s the shy introvert to her magnetic social butterfly extrovert. im just saying it would make sense if Aphmau was the one who had to teach Aaron how to kiss, how to date someone, etc. like she’s the confident one in the relationship whose done this tons of times before while he only just started Talking to People In Real Life like- a year ago. Aphmau guiding him through the motions, easing his nerves. encouraging him to open up. Aphmau being the more knowledgeable, confident, smooth guide in their intimate life while Aaron is nervous and lost and clueless. this man was isolated from other people his entire childhood. he shouldn’t know how to kiss for shit. he should be the easily flustered one who doesnt know what more “niche” sex things are while Aphmau has extensively read up on everything and might not even be a virgin by the time they hook up in their adulthood given her unending romantic history and charm. he is the hopeless virgin in the relationship. do you hear me. I’ve always had an issue with wanting to progress in art far faster than what is humanly possible but it’s gotten so much worse since I started taking an art class. wdym, the girl a year behind me has so much more experience with anatomy than I do and pumps out 5 realistic and symbolically complex portraits in an hour??? I’m behind on our first project just because I know when I start something it won’t live up to my expectations.

I’ve always known I wanted to go to an art-focused post-secondary. I’ve been sitting in on the AP art class this year in preparation for next year, when I’m actually taking it. It’s made me realize that there’s absolutely no way for me to get good enough at art before this time next year, when I’ll have to officially start on my portfolio that I’ll be submitting to my top choice school. I looked back at my art from September last year, and there are only slight differences. There are so many things I want to change or improve about my art, but every time I try, I produce something that has the exact same themes and style as all my art from the past 3 years.

I’m not even competitive when it comes to other people, I just know I could do better if I tried hard enough. I’ve just never been great at final products

You know how people say giving Sunny more NightWing like features would give her away as a hybrid? SandWing's canonically have black markings and since we're already playing around with designs anyway yeah that can extend to markings beyond the diamond pattern. Split down the middle black and gold Sunny can just be seen as a weird case of melanism/natural SandWing patterns before the reveal be free have your cake and eat it too.

I've been wanting to redesign Sandwings since I watched Dune part two, that movie got me obsessed with Sandwings and I decided to draw them for a school project.

anatomy- sandwings are quite short compared to other tribes. they have flat bodies covered in spikes similar to thorny devils. they have large barbed tails, the stinger is strong enough to break through bone. Sandwings wings have large feather like structures that can join and separate at will, once separated they will create a rattling sound, sandwings will often rattle their wings as a sign of anger or fear.

unlike other tribes sandwings have partial hairs on their bodies. these are most notable in hatchlings who are covered head to tail in dark micro hairs which are used to protect parasites from digging under their scales. they also have whiskers which can detect changes in weather.

My Little Alpaca: Herding is Magic

Have you ever wanted to play a cute monster taming game with lots of love and heart put into every inch and corner of it by a Team of fantastically talented artists?

Me too!! Too bad it got cancelled literally a few weeks before it was going to be anounced!

Artist Nicholas Kole on twitter along with many other talented artists have been sharing their work of nearly 4 years on this game. I cant imagine the heartbreak of working so hard on this project only for it to get canceled right before Release and everyone on the Team to get laid off.

It was meant to be an open world, minecraft inspired builder, with all sorts of unique creatures with various skins, variations depending on biomes, and even petting animations. That you could tame! It also had a large amount of beautiful and unique character customization. Here's some of the art ( NOT MY ART ) for the project!

Apparently alot of this game was near finished, coded, etc! ( ART ABOVE IS BY NICHOLAS KOLE , JOHANNES FIGLHUBER, INES MARSAL, AND MARIA LOBANOVA )

I dont know if the artists can look into crowdfunding ( the Studio still may own the IP ) , but myself and a few others have been trying to get the hashtag #bringbackprojectdragon get some traction on twitter! Maybe if the internet raises enough stink, the Studio might pay attention. Im not sure how likely that is but I desperately want thus game to exsist, it would be a dream game for me and many others im sure. So please consider joining in if you have a twitter.
