sw: idk bc this weightloss was accidental at first n now im here. lets say 65 kgs j to be safe

cw: 55/56kg

gw: 50kg

ugw: 45-43kg

funny how some things dont change.

what i’m doing to take control

following the ana in training diet

this will be the first time ive restricted in a controlled way since about a year ago. i don’t want to restrict as much as i used to because i have things like work that i have to be able to do and i have a bf now and i don’t want him to notice.

drinking minimum of 2 litres of water a day

trying to make as many of my meals as i can

it’s so much easier to know how many calories i’m having when it’s me making my meals instead of someone else doing it or ordering something or going out for meals.

drinking black coffee/tea

when i was restricting before this literally helped me so much.

making sure i still go out with my friends

i always do loads of steps when we go out which will help to burn a few calories and it’s easy to skip meals when we’re just up the park or something.

wish me luck :)

10/11/21 - day 4 of draculaura diet

breakfast: toast with jam (90) lunch: skipped supper: eggs and salad (400) exercise: gym class (-300) total: 190

i was so close to going over but thankfully i didn’t 😭😭 it’s the end of the quarter today so i finally got some stress off of my back which is good! i’ve been talking with my best friend a lot recently and just doing stuff so that’s been nice. i think its been impacting my eating habits too, being 2 distracted 2 eat or something @_@

day 25 - have you ever purged? if you have, describe your first experience.

yes i have, hence the username lol. i don’t think this was my first time, but the oldest memory i have of making myself sick is on a vacation, i was desperate to lose weight so i google searched the blogs (you know the drill) and i read that to make sure u were purging properly u had to have a glass of water, and when it came out clear, it meant u were good to go.

i think i was in the bathroom with my finger down my throat for at least 30 minutes just balling my eyes out, out of pain and disgust.
