Friends for Freminet is my favorite ask blog and there's just a certain goofiness with the poor boy having a panic attack while the entire Sumeru cast is rushing to be his friend and welcoming him into their nation.

I think Fremi is a lot like Yi Sang. A quiet personality that is easily pressured and used for their intelligence and tinkering prowess. They feel as if everything they could possibly create or help with can be used to hurt others and it leads to them forcing themselves into inaction. They don't see their own wings, they are stuck watching people who are better than them. They idolize someone who they are unable to become.
I love the cutscene, the song for Yi Sang is also perfect for Freminet.

FremiMay Day 8: Fatui
To be honest, I wasn’t really looking forward to today’s prompt ^^’ I was having a lot of trouble coming up with a design and concept….but finally, after over 10 sketch drafts, trying to figure out what I wanted to do, it hit me….
What if Lyney died before he was able to take Arlecchino’s place as the next Head of The Hearth? What if….Freminet was chosen as the successor?
I REALLY loved this idea….So, feeling inspired, I dove right in, and I’m SUPER happy with the finished product!! <3
So, here’s Razullo, also known as The Automanton, 8th of the Harbingers! Aka, timeskip Fremi!! ^^ I imagine he’d be seen as quite stern and emotionless by outsiders, but has an extremely soft spot for the kids the Hearth takes care of- he’s very warm and kind towards them, and tries to spend as much time with them as possible with them; making mechanical toys, reading them stories, and taking them to the ocean! He usually doesn’t turn to violence, preferring to use more peaceful means to solve problems, only fighting unless his family is in danger.
ALSO!! HIS HAIR LOOKS LIKE A FISHY!! :D (also, thanks for reading all this! ^^)

I thought Don Quixote and Xingqiu would be goofy pals but MAN! Don Quixote and Fischl would just feed into each other's energy.
They go into a long winded roleplay of Don being Fischl's knight everyone is confused about these two delusional people who seem to be in a completely different world.
I'm invested in this now. I really want Don Quixote telling the truth about her amazing feats during Limbus Company and Fischl/Xingqiu is just like "wow, she sure has an imagination. This would make a good story." And they just play along with it.

FremiMay Day 3: Idol
The first thing that came to my mind was a performer idol, like Hatsune Miku! I guess I was able to incorporate some Magical Boy vibes in this challenge after all! ^^

FremiMay Day 2: Superhero!
I struggled with trying to come up with a design for this one! I originally was going to do a more magical boy-esc design; however, I wasn’t getting much inspiration….then I remembered The Spider-Verse existed!
Freminet’s design is partially based off the Diving Bell Spider, and I’d imagine he’d have their abilities as well; being able to breathe underwater, able to create and trap air bubbles from his palms, being a great swimmer, ect!

I know I already previously stated it in the rules: but expect sexual content to be ignored. While I am an adult and I'm not bothered by those kinds of interactions... and while Nahida is technically 500 years old... There is nothing that says that gods have the same maturity cycle as humans meaning that as a god she could very well still be considered a child. Also she tends to talk similar to a child and has a child body-type in game. So sexual content will not be entertained.
I just feel like it's important to state that again just cuz I'm unsure how clear it is in the rules picture. :P
FremiMay Day 20: Liyue
This is related to a previous FremiMay post where I made an entire au with lore.
In that post I made a very brief mention of how I think Freminet's idol after escaping the Fatui would be Chongyun. They have similar personalities but in this au Freminet would see Chongyun as someone he wants to be as strong and kind as. Freminet doesn't have to worry about accidentally hurting Chongyun because cryo is one of the only things that can actually stop Freminet when he's feral.(So their relationship is similar to the Collei/Amber kind)
But for the Liyue prompt I decided to do the OTP(Xingyun) with the experiment au Freminet. Fremi is just taking a nap.
I gave a very brief color just to have identifiers of who is who.
I'll likely spruce it up and actually make it look more than a sketch sometime-- but like I've said previously. The purpose of these daily challenges is for me to get confident in sharing my art. And sometimes getting the art out is way more important than making something perfect.
Tomorrow's prompt is Inazuma!
FremiMay Day 19: Mondstadt
This is somewhat related to the Anemo Freminet au I came up with. Just cuz Fremi interacts with Wisp Barbatos and not Venti as a person.
Freminet loves stories. He remembers when he was younger he was always eager to consume as much folklore as possible. He loved to hear about the dragons of the lands and the talking animals that always happened to be the protagonists of stories. So now that he's a bit older he passes his love for stories onto those younger than him.(And anyone who will read)
I personally think that Freminet would be amazing at reading out loud. Mainly cuz kids could find his voice soothing.
