Sumeru's culture doesn't enable weight gain the same way as in Mondstadt or Fontaine, and Haitham is a very strong-willed man, so as hot as him getting fat would be, in terms of realism he would remain as a ripped guy.
But, at the very least, what if I told you Haitham was a huge closeted feeder � He's smart enough not to show it, but Kaveh's growing morbid obesity drives him nuts.
When Kaveh asks Haitham if he can help him lose weight, he refuses, stating that he's too busy with work, which isn't entirely a lie, but he just wants to see how big his roommate gets.
