Comfort Coma

Your mind

Is an endless abyss

Of thoughts which perhaps

Coincide with mine

Your heart is a hollow pit

Darkness that chases the light

A familiar feeling lingers

When I watch your eyes

You wish someone would

Fill your heart with love

But alas! They get consumed

With the dark ink

At the cost of being your beloved

And then

They leave

You yearn for a bright place

But it's the same dark spot

Your heart resides in

What if i were to tell you

That I'll stay and get consumed

Because, i won't lie

I am the same as you

Who'd prefer to get painted
