Algeria
Many of you may think it's a big 🏜️ desert, but no, Algeria is the 10 biggest country and among the best 10 natural wildlife countries, it has unique views we have mountain and lakes and snow and Beaches and so much more, being called the continent, country, and now alors of this nature is burning
People are dying here, people are losing their life because fire started in the north east of the country, TIZI OUZOU wilaya ( state) is the most touched but Béjaïa, Sétif and others are touched as well ..
65 deaths until now, 24 soldiers from them are soldiers who went to help the firefighters,
Horrible stories are being heard, a women with her two daughters hugging her being burned that way, a guy trying to help his animals escape...
You have to understand that what was touched are the rural, very traditional areas, old villages with a lot of history, houses of generations, and the fires even came the the cities ..
The people that escaped the fires aren't safe, they list EVERYTHING THEY HAD, their animals, their crops, their lands, their house, their things... Everything, they went to the cities but so many people got lost, or hurt, hospitals are already overwhelmed by the covid pandemic, we don't have enough oxygen nor enough beds for everyone...
Alots of young men came to help, from all around the country, currently in summer it's 45°c /113°F and the fires made it worse....
It's no joke, the people are in need of water, food, blankets, baby powder, and burn heals, respiratory cleansers, batteries and candles ( there are no lights!! They had to cut gaz and electricity for safety) anything to help...!!!
On top of the COVID-19 pandemic problems and crisis we face, and the limited access to water we are submitted to, the fires made it even worse....
We are needing your prayers
We are needing your help

[She’s just signing “falling in love with you”]
I’ve recently began feeling some conviction that is growing. And that is, if I get excited for something coming out, such as a game or movie, than I should be 100 times more excited for something to do with Christ. Whether it’s worship, prayer, reading or longing for his soon arrival, nothing should dwarf that excitement. Yet there are times when I’m more stoked for the release of a movie more than I am to crack open my Bible after a long day and get into the word.
And I look around me at fellow Christians and see we have all succumbed to this in some form or another: being more excited for the temporary than the eternal. It reminds me how easy it is for idols to set up in our hearts. Let’s be so careful not to let excitement for worldly things that pass away consume our joys until they are no longer for God and His words. I’m not advocating that media is sinful. But I am beginning to see how very little of our lives should in fact be soaked by it.
