Me after the Tender Treats premiere: Man, Carmen and Richard really suck, Roy deserves better.

Me now: I love Carmen and Richard, they're strict but they really love their son and try their best to be there for him and would definitely hear him out if he needed to talk about something. They're just misguided and didn't knowingly let his uncle (do that to) him. THEY'RE ACTUALLY REALLY GOOD PARENTS, I SWEAR, CANON DOESN'T MATTER, CANON DOESN'T MAT-

I had a theory for some time that at least two of the sins would by outright villains in the series and Mammon had better be one of them. I want my stinky money bastard, Vivienne!

I absolutely adore the visual of a sleep deprived Pump peeking into the living room while Roy & Susie are passionately singing along to Twisted. (You can't tell me they wouldn't adore Twisted)

On the topic of secret endings, it pisses me off that no one cares that, in the photo on John's cork board, Roy's uncle is holding an award that looks kind of like and Emmy (hope I spelled that right), which confirms to me that Roy's family are in show business.

Yeah I remember that reward! I low-key didn't think about it being show business, my thoughts basically stopped at "Huh this dude who's a disgusting evil monster also seems to be well accomplished and charismatic, guess that fits with the rest of Roy's family"

Now that I think about it I love the idea of Roy's family being like, rich snobby theatre people or whatever, that's awesome

There's actually a Little Nightmares game you haven't covered, an IOS prequel to LN2 called Very Little Nightmares. There's only 2 (technically 3) monsters but I still think you should at least check it out in your own time.

Anyway it’s time I start gathering together images and resources for whatever I will review as part of the Halloween season. What are some horror games in the past year with good bestiaries? Non-games too. Some things I feel like I should go over are monsters from Darkest Dungeon II, Bayonetta 3, Alone in the Dark which is putting out a new game (so I’d at least review the monsters of its early entries)….I feel like I’m missing some major ones. I just designate games “Halloween” reviews if they’re mostly horror. I was also gonna do that one game that came out with the leech vampires in it It never matters if they’re good games or if I will ever play them
