McGenji Week Day 1: Starting Out / Settling Down

(As much as I love the idea of Jesse and Genji settling down somewhere peaceful after everything they’ve been through, I just couldn’t not choose the first one. I’m such a sucker for the beginnings.) 

I headcanon that they knew each other a little bit before Genji became an actual member of Blackwatch but didn’t really get a chance to become closer since Genji’s still been going through cyberization and wasn’t available most of the time. So this is not their first meeting ever, it’s rather.. a beginning of their Blackwatch relationship.

I really want Bap to meet Lucio- not only bc shipping potential but bc they have such positive ideologies and Bap would really admire Lucios work imo. Like the dude led a revolution- Bap would see so much potential in him and adore his attitude on life. Lucio would love Baps tech and that hes working on creating stuff like the immortality field, maybe get a lil wistful bc he stole his dads tech back. The opportunities would be amazing

they’re soooo similar and would get along so well!!!!!! plus i have a headcanon that lucio would see his dad in baptiste with how he was manipulated into working for an evil organization that took everything from him. they’re such a quality ship with so much in common and so much potential they should be way bigger than mchanzo or whatever mlm pairing that everyone else is shipping
