Hey what the actual fuck?

Like the whole ending of Shinji being recreated from the ark data is such a cool concept and all that as Final Model EVA (part 2 electric boogaloo)

But then they just lean so heavily into the EVA and shinji being born born, and it's so fucking wild, like Asuka calling him her baby???

Both of Shinji's (still living) love interest (or both people who are in love with him) are just his mom kinda, Rei Trois is cloned from his mom (and Rei Cinque just flat out looks like his mom but with blue hair) or Asuka kinda giving birth to him

I vote we bring back his boyfriend who isn't his mom and all that

Gwen what the fuck? we can't have two characters going off the same shit like this

If I had a nickel for every masc angel that told a male protagonist that he loved him soon before being killed in a tragic sense infront of the protagonist, I'd have two nickels which isn't a lot but it's weird that it happened twice, huh? (Technically the kaworu one happened like 3 times but still)
