I NEED HELP

So I need ideas!

My sister and I are wanting to be a duo for halloween. BUT we don't know what to do. We've thought of like two but idk if we could do them.

So, I was thinking you guys might have some awesome ideas?

for me I make up a name and I'm like "Oh don't worry, this is a placeholder name bc it's not the most amazing" and then fast forward to 3 months later and I still haven't changed and I can't because I GET SO ATTACHED and they wouldn't be the same without that name

I also see my relatives having names, or my friends, and I'm like NO I WANT THAT and then I get super conflicted (bc should I let them have it, steal it for one of my characters, or use it for a future kid I might have?)

Why is trying to name a new character literally the hardest yet best and most rewarding part of writing sometimes?

who else celebrates halloween but it's completely different from the way everyone else celebrates halloween so you are scared to say you celebrate it bc it could give people the wrong idea of how you celebrate it or something (like glorifying gore or watching horror movies or dressing up with fake blood or idk)

We just dress up as favorite characters and it's another reason to get together with family.

Wow there are so many things happening in October.

Inklings Challenge, OC-tober, Inktober, Drawtober, trying to figure out a halloween costume that is in an awesome duo (which is harder, for me at least), and a 5ish day long trip. idk guys, is this gonna work? lol

I also pretty much never get my costume ready or even figured out until liiike a week or less before halloween so yay
