If I Could Live Anywhere With No Financial Or Job-related Limitations, I Would Live In Rhode Island.
If I could live anywhere with no financial or job-related limitations, I would live in Rhode Island.
It has really nice beaches, it's drivable, AND of anywhere I've been to, it has the most concentrated high-quality Italian food.
I am currently far away for college, but I really want high-quality meatball calzones, and RI is the best place I can think of to get them.
Also they have Del's Lemonade and also Yacht Club Soda.
(and Wandies by Pena is really good, but you have to be nearby to purchase them)
There is no way Rhode Island isn't my favorite state.

Haha, yes! I'm still a diehard fan of the line "I know something about pain you don't. Pain drowns other people. I just swim in it." from NJO. My top 5 characters don't end up on most people's radar because they're from the EU books.
the WORST part about enjoying star wars is that one movie or tv show or comic or book or video game could objectively be the most terrible thing you've ever consumed or it's just not really anything special to you but it'll have like 1 scene or character or quote or shot or piece of music that is one of your FAVORITES in all of star wars. you walk up to any star wars fan and ask them what their favorite moment in their least favorite part of star wars is and they will have an answer ON HAND. and the answer is always something usually HUGE they'll be like "this movie made me wish star wars had never been made but this one scene changed who i am as a person" or like "this narrative decision was probably the worst ever put on film but it's the reason i met my spouse" and it never stops. something new will come out and you'll be like "oh that disney+ series number 10 thousand wasnt that great or necessary tbh but there was one moment that legitimately moved me and i hate that" and you just have to live with that. enjoying star wars is a fucking curse
Just watched the Shamer's Daughter and the sequel, and there is an ABYSAMLLY small fandom. And the vibe I got is that the books are better??? This content deserves more love guys!
Thoughts on Teen Wolf season 3A in no particular order:
Why is Allison even allowed to take French? She lived there for several years, right? (that might be why she's willing to sleep in that class though)
Banshee makes sense as to why Lydia keeps finding all those bodies, but aren't they supposed to be widows? (my Celtic mythology phase was a while ago, so I'm not sure)
Peter Hale was very scheme-y but if Derek used the Alpha power to heal Cora, shouldn't it go to her?
No idea how Ethan and Aiden managed to deal with a broken neck but Kali died from a bunch of glass shards. If the healing is Wolverine-equivalent (someone with more background please help) then shouldn't she also live?
Derek and Paige were very cute and deserve a much greater amount of fanfic.
I now want a pre-Hale fire show, kinda like The Originals.
It is very disappointing that they killed off Boyd and Erica :(
Expected more wholesome sibling stuff, sad there wasn't
Was Cora homeschooled before the fire, because otherwise wouldn't they know her from before?
Not a fan of human sacrifice
This was the first bit of Teen Wolf I've seen, and honestly was not expecting this much of a horror vibe
Because of the discussion between Allison and Isaac in the janitor's closet, I am planning to watch parts of season 2 so I can see Archery Girl attempt murder.
So I just saw one of my friends again for pretty much the first time since quarantine started (school was virtual for me last year, and we’re in none of the same classes) and we almost walked into each other while waiting for the language NHS induction to start, and Dear Lord, I did not think I was THIS gay
I have a vague idea for a fanfic taking place concurrently with the current new mutants comics run. Please let me know if you guys think it’s a good idea:
Deadpool gets bored and decides to make a got/asoiaf fanfic, except he’s too lazy to write it and therefore creates a group chat with a bunch of superheroes, all of whom share an actor with a character from the fandom. He then anonymously renames them based on their corresponding got character, and makes them behave in character (this has the potential to become hilarious given the differing natures of the marvel vs. got characterizations/casting).
For the characters who don’t have marvel counterparts, he chooses them based on what they do or who they hang out with--the guy for Bran would be an instructor at Strange Academy, etc.
