Such a cool guy.

I wanted to practice making T-Shirt designs, so I came up with a few ideas. This was the first I wanted to do, as I really love Eevee, and I honestly really love those old Cat Glasses pics that went around. I do feel a little guilty for using Japanese text for what would be a T-Shirt design. I'm deeply afraid of culturally appropriating things so I'm shaking here posting this afraid of being called out for it when I'm not sure and I have no one I can ask if it's okay.
