i found an english mayura translation someone did in 2020 a few months ago and wanted to share it here!! i got it from this site, download the j-patch and then drag it on to mayura’s ghost like how you would install a new shell. and that’s basically it :3  note: there are rarely japanese words, the translator couldn’t translate them

Nanikura ! is a platformer game featuring Nini-Tan as its playable character, developped in 2004 by CCLUB-FLYING in collaboration with Triumphal Records for the soundtrack. The game is quite simple, you play as Nini-tan with a hammer and your goal is to reach the top of the stage while hitting the enemies in your way and get the highest score. There are 4 worlds in total, each composed of 4 stages and a boss as well as a bonus level per world.
