there’s nothing wrong with trusting people! even if i’m betrayed in the end, at least i still took a chance!

 “Pffff…” The edges of Assassin’s lips curve into a mocking, derisive smirk, both irritated and amused by the sheer and utter naivety of his Master’s words. Seems his warning earlier of abandoning any naive notions he carried fell on deaf ears... Oh well, he’ll find out the harsh reality...one way or the other;nothing he could do about that.

“So an idiot patting himself on the back for being an idiot. Congratulations.” Assassin replied with a nonchalant voice as he exhaled one last breath of purple smoke from his lungs then would stamp out his cigarette, his boot leaving a dirty, pitch black streak of ash and burned tobacco across the floor. “That’s all well and good but, then, what about the people around you who suffer because who you blindly decided to trust in? Or did you just conveniently forget all the conflicts that’ll inevitably arise from choosing to stick to your guns?”

“Your hatred and ‘callout posts’ only feed him. If you want my advice? Just shoot the priest in the back. Not like he’ll be missed.”

 Did the guy just sigh at him. “Haah~!? You think I’m joking!? It’s for real, people out there wanting to bang old men and little girls! I am a handsome young man and people won’t go for me, but you’re old, full of wrinkles and even have the white hair. One day I do actually care for you, old man and you do this to me?”

“Well, I’m not all that surprised given the amount of weirdos there seems to be in this place.” He’s eyeing Angra especially while dishing out that little quip. “Either way, I don’t really care about that in of itself. That’s just your own business. Don’t whine to me about it.”
