Imo, the worst thing about this Jannik case is the rollercoaster feeling of it all. One minute everything looks fine and in the past and then the world comes tumbling down again.

Kudos for his unbelievable mental strength. I’m sure he just wants to disappear for a good while but he keeps pushing.

I have no idea how this will end but one thing is for sure: Jannik’s middle name has to be resilience.

I just feel really sad at the news

Tennis has been one of my favorite sports for basically all my life, but it’s really been with this new generation of players that I’ve really reached out to the fandom side of it. Made a community of friends in tennis. And I like a bunch of players and there will still be tennis to watch, but obviously Jannik was my favorite.i just feel really sad at the thought of not seeing him play for up to 2 years. It sucks that this is after he was found to have no fault negligence and like if he had been found guilty the first time then it would be easier to take that on the chin, but now it kinda feel like getting the rug pulled out from under you. Idk I don’t really have any other words than I’m just sad.
