We Know That In The Ending Of Yandere Simulator 1980 Mode Saisho Kidnapped Jokichi After Ryoba Had Already

We know that in the ending of Yandere Simulator 1980 mode Saisho kidnapped Jokichi after Ryoba had already kidnapped him and tells her in a letter to go find him and in the game in the present day it is implied that Ryoba works for Saikou Corp. and that Ichiro, son of Saisho and current CEO of Saikou Corp., tolerates the presence of Ayano, Ryoba's daughter, in Akademi even though Megami (Ichiro's daughter) and Kocho Shuyona (Akademi school principal) don't trust Ryoba and Ayano and they would be happy if she didn't attend Akademi to which many wonder why Saisho and later his son Ichiro would hire the woman who tarnished the reputation of the school he founded and I have a theory that I want to share.

Do any of you remember, have seen or heard of House of Cards, Berserk and Metal Gear Rising?

The story of House of Cards is about Frank Underwood, a politician who aspires to be president of the United States and ends up being elected at the cost of damaging the reputation of his rivals, but for this Frank could not act directly because that would tarnish his image, which is why Doug Stamper do the dirty work for him.

On the other hand in Berserk, Griffith aspires to be king by gaining the king's favor for the victories of the Band of the Hawk but he has many enemies and there are also contenders like Adonis who had the right to marry Charlotte, the daughter of the king, and Griffith could not allow this to happen so he orders Guts to get rid of Julius and Adonis and later organizes a plan to get rid of the nobles and the queen who want him dead without anyone suspecting him except Minister Foss whom he blackmails by using his daughter to help him with his plan.

And the last, Senator Steven Armstrong, the main antagonist of Metal Gear Rising, dreamed of making the United States a strong country with people who follow their own ideals with their own strength, so Armstrong respected those who managed to overcome adversity using their own strength and following their own ideals as Jetstream Sam and Raiden did that even Armstrong wanted to recruit them (only he managed to recruit Sam but not Raiden).

In the game there are several indications of this:

- In Kocho Shuyona's tapes where he mentions how he is upset with Ryoba for everything she has done and doesn't want her to return to Akademi and doesn't want to give her the graduation diploma but Saisho convinces him to let her go back to school and graduate.

- In another of the tapes Kocho mentions that while he was at the Saikou Corp. headquarters all the employees treated him normal but when he sees Ryoba at the headquarters and he asks why she is there every employees stopped talking to him and started ignoring him as if he wasn't there, implying that Ryoba works for Saiko Corp. but they don't want to elaborate on the subject.

- Another clue is that in one of the tapes from the basement of Ryoba's house, Jokichi asks her what will happen to their jobs if they go to America, to which she replies that she talked to her boss (who is currently Ichiro, current CEO of Saiko Corp.) and he gave him permission to leave (this could imply that Ichiro knows that Ryoba wants to go to America to finish off the journalist and Ichiro agrees that the journalist disappear for fear that he, because of of the Ryoba incident, uncover and expose the company's shady dealings that take place in the shadows and that Ryoba is running them).

- Another indication is, as I mentioned earlier, that Kocho and Megami don't want Ayano to study at Akademi and are openly hostile towards her because of her lineage but it is implied that they both tolerate her on Ichiro's orders: when Kocho knocks out Ayano with his taser and then he talks to Ichiro telling him that there is no deal, this implies that he only let Ayano enroll in Akademi on Ichiro's orders by having a deal with him and on the other hand when Megami talks to Ayano through a video call he explains that she can't stand her and that if it were up to her she wouldn't allow Ayano to attend Akademi but she can't do anything about it because her father tolerates Ayano for some reason unknown to Megami.

What I'm getting at is that Saisho maintained his company at the cost of shady things below, but if he did those jobs himself, his reputation, and by extension that of his company, would be tarnished by what he needed to have his own Doug Stamper or Guts for did his dirty work for him and what better person to do that kind of work than a serial killer who tarnished Akademi's reputation, killed girls and manipulated others without even hesitating and manipulated an entire country into thinking that was she innocent? It would simply be a win-win situation for Saisho and Ryoba: Saisho would have someone to run his company's shady deals and do the dirty work for him and he would even have the Aishi family at his family's disposal to do the dirty work for his descendants just as Ryoba does for him and Ryoba would make up for the damage she caused to Akademi's reputation, and by extension to Saikou Corp., and she would manage to be on good terms with Saisho and his family while working for them people would see her as a normal woman who like any other has a decent job as an office worker in a respectable company, which would make her the suspicions that will remain on her will be reduced to almost zero.

On the other hand, Saisho and Armstrong are extremist patriots who hate the current condition of their beloved countries (Japan for Saisho and the United States for Armstrong) but hide this rejection to use that condition that they detest so much to their advantage. Furthermore, Saisho respects Ryoba and wanted to recruit her for the same reasons that Armstrong respects Raiden and wanted to recruit him: they both see Ryoba and Raiden as the type of people they want in their ideal society in their respective countries (strong people, without weaknesses and who are governed by their own efforts and ideals and do not let morality stop them from achieving their goals).

Jaune Arc: The Knight in Rusty Armor

Have you ever read the book the Knight in Rusty Armor? It is a book that I highly recommend because its story is about how self-discovery, self-acceptance, self-reflection and love are important to live happily with ourselves and with others. The protagonist is a knight who put his duty as a knight before his family to the point that he remains attached to his armor and at the request of his wife he sets out on a trip to remove his rusty armor and he travels to a forest and three castles where he learns to accept his mistakes, accept his fears but not let them dominate them and self-discover himself and in the end he manages to free himself from the rusty armor.

Jaune Arc: The Knight In Rusty Armor

As I watched Jaune and with today's episode I couldn't help noticing similarities and/or allusions to the Knight in Rusty Armor because Jaune, like the knight in the story, is trapped in his rusty armor (and who knows if he is even trapped in a role like the inhabitants of Ever After) so it may be that for Jaune to return to normal and shed his rusty armor (both physical and mental armor) he has to accept his actions and mistakes in order to self-discover and accept himself and love and to be loved not for his role as a knight but for who he is as a person, just as the Knight in Rusty Armor did.

Hold on just a moment

So we have these images revealed recently, yeah? With Luz’s staff having what I can only describe as “nebula on a stick”, yeah?

Hold On Just A Moment
Hold On Just A Moment
Hold On Just A Moment

And there’s two images of it in that form in the forest outside of what I can assume is the Collector’s room. That might mean these scenes aren’t that far apart chronologically or the palisman “hatching” process takes a while once it actually starts to hatch, but…

What if Luz carving her palisman so she can “let it decide what it wants to be” resulted in her palisman being a shapeshifter, with this orb being the base (or initial) form? The ultimate symbol of unapologetically being whatever, whoever, your deepest heart says you are. It’d be the ultimate thesis statement of this series, even more so than “us freaks have to stick together”

Plus, there is just ALL of the evidence that Luz’s palisman is gonna be a snake, if not a winged snake, and… a shapeshifting snake that has a bond with Luz and her family? A shapeshifting snake that arguably has winglike appendages—maybe ears, for example?

Hold On Just A Moment

Can’t say we’ve never seen that before.

One of the things I love about Gear 5th is that it is a power up designed to completely destroy the opponent like other power ups seen in other series but what makes Gear 5th stand out is that it destroys the opponent in a different way. A standard power up destroys the opponent physically but the Gear 5th destroys the opponent not only physically but also destroys the opponent's pride by being defeated by a visually ridiculous power up.

Just imagine for example AFO from My Hero Academia being defeated by Luffy Gear 5th, simply AFO's pride would be completely destroyed since he wanted to be an all-powerful villain like in the comics and believed that only OFA users can defeat him and he wants to defeat said users in the most epic way possible only to Luffy Gear 5th (a character who isn't even from the same universe as him) deny him that fantasy by forcing him to operate under Tom and Jerry or Loney Toons physics to the point to force AFO to look ridiculous while being attacked by Luffy Gear 5th, AFO would be VERY frustrated because he never expected in his life that he would be defeated by a power that is not even flashy like OFA but is a power that is visually funny and ridiculous to the point that the heroes and civilians who were scared of AFO before now laugh at him seeing him being defeated with such ridiculous and funny power, with this AFO would never want to be a villain again for suffering the greatest humiliation of his life.

Taking this into account, now imagine if at some point Eda and Luz meet and Belos sees them together, he would already have two reasons to attack Eda because he would not only believe that Evelyn is still alive but he would feel jealous of the mentor-apprentice/parent-daughter relationship that Eda has with Luz besides Belos would also attack her because he would think that she kidnapped and brainwashed Luz as he thinks that Evelyn did with Caleb. Also let's not forget that Belos is obsessed with Luz and that before he left for the Boiling Islands he told everyone this, especially Luz because she is human and because he knows her more than the others who are with her:

Taking This Into Account, Now Imagine If At Some Point Eda And Luz Meet And Belos Sees Them Together,
Taking This Into Account, Now Imagine If At Some Point Eda And Luz Meet And Belos Sees Them Together,

Oh no. I just realized something.

An unstable Belos, who keeps seeing his dead brother everywhere, is currently possessing Raine. And who is most likely to deal with Raine?

Eda.

Eda...who currently has short hair. And whose silhouette currently strongly resembles-

Oh No. I Just Realized Something.
Oh No. I Just Realized Something.

OH FUCK.

Lately I haven't stopped thinking that the conflict between Ruby and Neo works as some kind of foreshadowing or sample of what could happen with Salem.

Salem and Neo grew up in a controlling and dysfunctional family to the point where they wanted freedom above all else and met someone (Ozma and Roman) who gave them the freedom they craved.

Salem, like Neo, is angry about the death of a loved one (Neo for Roman's death and Salem for Ozma's death) and they blame others for their respective deaths (Neo blames Ruby in the same way that Salem blamed to the gods) and just as Neo vents her anger and pain by lashing out at everyone in Ever After without caring for her own physical or emotional well-being, Salem ended up lashing out at everyone (causing chaos and destruction throughout Remnant) not caring if it ends up destroyed her (she tried to commit suicide without success and waits for the gods to destroy everything in the hope that she can die). They also both don't care if they hurt others by being so caught up in their own pain that they consider the pain of others irrelevant.

Ever After and the whole situation with Ruby and Neo is like the conflict that the protagonists have with Salem but on a smaller scale, so this scenario could work as a kind of preparation for the protagonists when they finally face Salem because she cannot be destroyed but it can be stopped through empathy and communication, both on the part of the protagonists and on the part of Salem herself.
