dabi has been such amazing catharsis for my trauma i love him so much

theres something so freeing about seeing him become utterly unhinged

not to be annoying and personal but dabi is just so important to me my god

i know hes bad i know hes fucked up and its not the route you’d want to take but its like fucking cathartic to see him lose control in a hunt to avenge who he used to be and just try to fuck over whoever hurt him. to say fuck it to forgiveness and being the bigger person and just put yourself entirely on display to show your shitty dad, this is who i am and its your fucking fault. He has nothing to lose anymore and just wants to complete his goal of proving himself to his dad (even if now its in the ‘im gonna kill you’ prove urself kinda way)

Its not the route in life i want to take or the way i want to cope with my trauma but seeing him just go fucking nuts gives me that feeling of relief like please do what i can’t so i can get second-hand closure
