holland park, london, is a prestigious and upscale neighbourhood renowned for it’s lush green spaces and luxurious homes. the real estate in holland park commands high prices, with some properties exceeding ten million pounds, reflecting the exclusive and affluent nature of the area. it’s a place where elegance meets opulence, offering a lifestyle of sophistication and grandeur.
this build was heavily inspired by @farfallasims garden mews. i fell in love with that build when i saw it and it gave me so much inspiration to create magnolia’s childhood home.

NO EA MAKEUP: A MINI OVERRIDE
I wanted to share with you a small override mod. I got tired of my Sims looking clownish after they applied the EA makeup from the vanity table lol. This override allows your Sim to still perform the Apply Makeup interaction, at the vanity table without actually applying the makeup. (They will look the same before AND after). This mod is mainly for storytelling/gameplay purposes.

The Kinsley Twins, Meadow-Rain and Mahogany, have recently moved to Copperdale to live with their Aunt and Uncle after the tragic passing of their mother. Becoming new students of Copperdale high, Meadow-Rain has joined the Copperdale girls basketball team, while her sister Mahogany, joined the swim team. However, their new life hasn't been able to completely full fill the hole left from having to leave their old life.
