While I don't miss Nate himself, he was an absolute bastard a lot of the time, I do miss the delicious darkness he brought to the series.

that really described how Nate went after some of the marks.

In hindsight it is insane. They have this dude, an unknown young actor, audition for the part of a demon which later they reveal is actually a part of angel. And of course there are no chemistry tests or read throughs why would there be his character is set to die in 4 episodes anyways. So this dude has never met the leads of the show before walking into the set in oversized suit and trenchcoat that is comically large on him on the day of shooting. And then. Sparks fly. Both methaporically and in reality. These two men who have never even seen each other before just click and play off each other so well that the 4 episodes turn into 12 years. Their chemistry is what carries the whole show.

I don't think people understand how rare finding a gold mine like this is! They were strangers! It was supposed to be a guest star role! And now there are over 100k fics written about their characters!

There will most likely never be anything like supernatural again in our lifetime and idk where I'm going with this but bottom line is that Dean and Cas didn't even get to kiss! All this and we didn't even get to see them kiss!!!!!!!

I’ve always loved that Dean made a remark about two “best friends” (Bert and Ernie) who were so clearly more than that whilst he was thinking about Cas’ virginity. WHYD YOUR MIND GO RIGHT TO THE GAY MUPPETS DEAN? HM?!
