Thinking about how in the Dalek Combat Training Manual book they just give us a great story opportunity.

Some necessary context first:

The combat manual is in the perspective of the Time Lords during the Time War as a collection of information on their foe. They include future events in the book by saying that these events are matrix extrapolations from the Doctor’s timeline.

Now you’re wondering “Hey what do you mean by great story opportunity?” Well in the section that involves “The Daleks Take Manhattan” and “Evolution of the Daleks” there is an interesting tidbit in the Tactical Analysis.

“Although this node establishes that Sec is killed by the rest of the Cult, his inside knowledge of Dalek strategy is enormous and, given his acceptance of human emotion, permission is being sought from the High Council to remove the human-Sec hybrid from the timeline and try to recruit him to our side”

I think a story about that could be really interesting! I like Sec, I wish that guy got more screen time to develop more as a character. I think being pulled back into the Time War would really make him have to face his past and something nuisanced can be done with that. All in a way that is canon compliant! I think this is a great opportunity for you Sec likers too
