Lightfire headcanons

* Lightning has quite the grudge against Val-Yor despite them never meeting after he and Thunder hear about how Val-Yor treated Starfire during the time the titans helped him. Lightning vows that he will zap Val-Yor until he truly apologises to Star for that day if he ever shows his face on earth again.

* Weird food combo enjoyers unite.

* Touch starved couple. Starfire with the loss and banishment of her two siblings, Lightning because he craves the attention.

* Lightning definitely gets a little jealous of Robin when he learns he was Star’s first kiss (even though it was only to learn English)

* Double dates with Thunder and Argent as well as with Raven and Beast Boy.

* Starfire has definitely broken Lightning’s back a couple times accidentally when they started their relationship.

* Cyborg definitely gave lightning the big brother talk when he started dating Starfire.

* Starfire has told Lightning that she is very jealous of his relationship with Thunder as it’s very different to her relationship with Blackfire.

* A lot of culture sharing between these two.

* When it came to asking Starfire out Lightning asked for Beast Boy’s permission to do so, as Beast Boy is one of the few titans he and Thunder hold in high regard.
