as much as i enjoy the darker side of this my love language has always been caring for others and as someone who loves cooking and pampering others the idea of my partner steadily gaining weight because they are happy in our relationship and dont feel pressured to watch what they eat, feeling free to just enjoy themselves fills me with so much joy<3

YESYESYES. I think about that sooo often actually.
Tbh I like to think that M.arch is both an enabler and a teaser to him. M.arch seems like the type to buy food just because it's good looking and she's a lover of cute things. Like, often from themed restaurants I'm thinking, but also just about everything that looks good enough to get a good picture out of it. And of course, she doesn't eat it all. Sometimes M.arch doesn't even touches the food, and she does it without guilt, because she knows, and she says it out loud, that D.an H.eng will have no problem with eating it, even if he already had his own meal. And D.an H.eng, even if he feels the urge to defend himself, knows that he'd very much like to have those extra portions, having that big dragon appetite. He doesn't apreciate a lot what his friend has to say as he eats. "Wow, you really can eat a lot!" "If you're still hungry after that I can get you some more, don't worry!" That last one is very much with teasing intent, but it isn't a lie. Sometimes, D.an H.eng is indeed still hungry even after having the portion of both of them. And though she does it with a side of giggles and lighthearted poking, M.arch makes sure that he has his fill.

feeling insane rn. all I can think about right now someone stumbling upon a scene of a character who usually struggles to eat consistently/well, except this time they’ve absolutely overdone it to no fault of others - the gurgling tummy they’re cradling in their hands? all their doing baby
especially when the person who finds them like that, is someone who’s been trying to get them eat better!! they’ve been desperately teaching that character to love and not be afraid to spoil themselves and they finally are beginning to!!!

The age old classic--testing how much give is left. Squeezing the sides of somebody's distended tummy, pressing down on it, poking it to see how far their finger will go, etc, which naturally becomes increasingly uncomfortable as the belly gets tighter and tighter
Teasing somebody who insists that they aren't too full by offering them more and more food, stuffing them well past capacity until they have to admit that yes, they're full alright, please, they can't eat any more
Jostling and squeezing the belly of somebody who refuses to admit that they're not feeling good
"Helping" to coax up a much-needed burp by squeezing and pressing a far-too-bloated tummy
Insisting that somebody (try to) finish a massive portion of food that they screwed up making so it won't go to waste, even if it was meant for a large group of people
Unintentional:
A big tight hug, especially a hug from behind that squeezes somebody around the middle, painfully compressing their overstuffed belly
A firm, friendly pat on a too-full tummy, hitting just a little too hard and thoroughly jolting its pressurized contents
Helping somebody into a tight outfit, unceremoniously squeezing and pulling the snug garment around their belly to get it to fit
An accidental bump or jab to an aching belly as somebody tries to squeeze through a busy crowd
Using somebody's belly as a pillow when it's not feeling good, unaware that all the extra pressure on their belly is only making it worse
