I will try not to post those kind of images but some may be there, I do apologise 🇸🇩 Remember Sudan needs help too! 10s of thousands have been killed during this war, they deserve care and attention during this time🇸🇩🇵🇸Palestine is dealing with a genocide, the Israeli government is the problem anyone who supports the Israeli government in their actions toward genocide should just leave my page. 🇵🇸 🇨🇩 There's a lot of places who need care and Congo is also one of them, remember to give support to those in need at this time 🇨🇩 ☀️✨He/His/They/Star✨☀️Black and tired 27yo Solar and Chaos Magick practitioner (currently unemployed) ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️ 🎵K.K. Break🎶 oh man I need to make sure I don't post images from the telescope in Mauna Kea, cause fuck that shit, these images from space aren't fucking worth it over human lives. It's sacred ground and it should not be used for that. If you see one of my past posts that use images or data from that telescope LET ME KNOW! I'm terrible at online things and I'm rarely on but I want to go through my old post to make sure I haven't reposted them. Thank you for your patience (also low key the James Webb telescope needs a different fucking name fr) actually fuck it the whole industry is fucked, astrology hasn't been fun for indigenous people, fems, queers and work class or poor people so fuck it no more space photos from me I'm butt hurt. only pictures of the SUN!

Hello Dears I Hope You Are All Well Please Help Me!!!
Hello dears I hope you are all well please help me!!!
I am Ahmed Halas from the besieged North Gaza, I have created my campaign to help my family and save them from the suffering they are living. Our lives, hopes and ambitions have been destroyed, our livelihood has been destroyed, we have lost dear friends and many relatives, our house has been completely destroyed, we live in a plastic tent in the middle of an UNRWA school and we suffer from the heat of the sun which causes headaches, migraines, body allergies and many diseases. There is no food, water, medicine or basic life requirements and the prices are terribly high, we cannot afford to buy anything.
In the meantime, this fundraising campaign has been started so that people can donate so that we can regain momentum in case the unfortunate circumstances cannot be fixed. Ahmed Halas and his family have already registered and are likely to be called to leave soon. This money is for their evacuation. Let's aim to evacuate them all together!!!

Ahmed's message:
Hello, I am Ahmed from the Gaza Strip, I am still alive after ten months of war. This is my fifth war too. But this war is unlike any other. I am trying to raise money for me and my family, as we are determined to leave to safety while this disaster continues. We want to leave the Gaza Strip towards Egypt through the Rafah crossing and Hala Company.

This was a very difficult decision for me, but this is my fate and the fate of my family. I feel ashamed to ask you to donate enough to save me and my family of 20, most of whom are young children, by raising enough money to reach safety. "Hala Company details are at the bottom of the article." Please participate, even if it is a small part. Donate any small amount, share my photos, share your story, anything that makes a difference. I have complete hope in you and your generosity.
Father Fathi suffers from heart disease, diabetes and high blood pressure, and son Mahmoud suffers from back and cartilage pain, which is why he does not have a medical mattress due to sleeping on the floor, which makes him feel severe pain.
Oh my God, what happened to us, I lost my memories and dreams that I have dreamed of for a long time, my house where I lived my childhood, nothing remained inside it, it was a pile of fire, and I lost my source of livelihood and my baby clothes store was completely destroyed, which led to the accumulation of debts that I was committed to from merchants that I obtained a few days before the current wave of war.
Note: Ahmed will try, when the circumstances are complete and I collect a sufficient amount and I am able to reunite the entire family here in Gaza, by moving my family to a safe place and regaining some comfort or trying to go to Egypt, knowing that the cost per person now is $ 5,000 for an adult and $ 2,500 for a child. The price may fluctuate. Please help us by donating even the simplest things or by participating in our campaign, and I will be grateful to you

I will provide you with a comprehensive breakdown of the expenses, committing to transparency and clarity.

I've witnessed the evidence of the tragedy that has struck our lives in Gaza, where my family and I have survived amidst numerous previous wars. But today, we face the most dangerous and fierce battle in the current war. The urgent need intensifies for us, as we have nothing left and are unable to secure our basic needs such as food, water, and safe shelter.
Here is our story - On October 7th, our lives changed forever, my family and I evacuated from northern Gaza to southern Gaza, hoping to return soon, but it wasn't meant to be. Our home was surrounded, burned, and then completely destroyed, Our home, once a fortress of hope, now lay in ruins, a stark reminder of our shattered dreams.

The night before we left from the north to the south was terrifying. Shelling sounds were everywhere, making a loud noise that felt like it went through our souls. Every explosions shook the ground like earthquakes, sending shockwaves of fear through our trembling bodies. filling us with fear.
The air smelled of destruction and blood, making it hard to breathe. When dawn came, we saw the devastation around us, realizing our home was now a symbol of loss and despair.
Our house was precious to us. It meant a lot to me. It was completely gone, along with all the neighbors' houses in Tal al-Hawa

I - Amal - is a computer engineer. I graduated from Al-Azhar University in July 2023. I used to work in a private technology company in the Gaza Strip, and with external companies as a freelancer at Ux-Ui, but with the start of the war, I lost my job since the planes bombed the company’s location. I also lost My job as a freelancer at Ux-Ui Because there is no internet connection here in Gaza, I was always striving to complete my master's but with these circumstances I cannot do anything after all the universities were destroyed by the Israeli occupation.

I am Fadi. I graduated from the Faculty of Management from Quddus Open University in 2021. I used to work in a private company in the Watan Tower, but I lost my job since the start of the war due to the destruction of the tower. I also lost my future home with my fiancé, Amal, unfortunately.
How can you help by donating, spreading the campaign, reblogging, and sharing with friends 🙏🙏🍉🍉🇵🇸🇵🇸🔻🔻

Another fundraiser I trust!
Oday and his family, including his 7 year old sister, witnessed the unspeakable. His sister's husband's family was bombed in their tent, and they witnessed the bodies torn apart when they went to rescue possible survivors. The shock overtook him completely. I don't think any one of us could survive such a sight, finding our family members torn to pieces by the world's apathy and complicity.
Oday and his family deserve better. Please do not hesitate to donate.

When I worked as a HHA there were too many times where a hoist lift was required for the patient but their insurance didn't cover it. There would be times where I'd see a patient who doesn't even need one have it just sit in the corner collecting dust. It absolutely made me loose my mind. Nothing radicalised me more than watching people not get the accommodations they need, from getting mobility aids to literal oxygen tanks and then hearing they "mysteriously" died suddenly.
Hospitals, at home services, facilities and the like, if you don't got the "right" insurance then sometimes you'll be left to literally die. It's not a safe place for disabled people who are poor. And shit they're not even safe for certain disabilities they feel it's "hard" to accommodate.
generally i feel that people assume things are more accessible than they are. especially in medical settings. because like a hospital is where you would need to cater to people's health conditions right. so what do you mean that they can't accommodate allergies? a dr's office is where disabled people and people with chronic conditions go, so why aren't they wheelchair accessible? or as mentioned in an earlier reblog, why would they not have hoists for people. this is specifically the place where disabled people will need to go and go often right. this is the place that's meant to be able to cater to people with health conditions. except it's not, the ableism is baked into the system so regardless of how much sense it would make for a food venue to be able to handle food intolerances and allergies - they don't. they don't care, it's not been accounted for in the plan in the first place. they expect to deal with uncomplicated "normal" issues daily and see disabled people as some sort of annoying exception to manage on a case by case basis. and if every place, every venue, every service sees disabled people as an inconvenient exception, a small minority they don't have to implement accommodations and plan for, then the vast majority of public life is inaccessible for disabled people.
