The fact you knew I was buzzed on wine just from grabby hands is impressive and alarming LOL!

There comes a time when fandom becomes less of an escape from anxiety to being the source of anxiety. Sometimes I need to remind myself what’s important to focus on, and I made this chart to help me with that. 

(Posting this at the request of a few people. The design/concept was inspired by an instagram post about covid-19 located here). 

Sometimes you gotta tell those dark thoughts and voices they’re wrong, but also say “I’m sorry you’ve been so hurt that you believe it to be true.”

I used t’ be a Classic Sans, but I took on my fathers good looks after awhile, heh. Not as short and stout as I used t’ be, so I prefer going by Lucid, if you would be so kind~ Other nicknames are welcome. I’ve had a couple before an’ find them amusing most th’ time.
