cling

for some reason, the dragon that i just killed in Winterhold (and then left to visit my house, because i was nearly overencumbered) decided that it would be a good idea to, upon my return:

spawn in the sky near the College, and

promptly fall out of the sky, because dead dragons cannot fly.

while i was distracted by this spectacle, i walked off a cliff and died. when i returned, the dragon was nowhere to be seen.

by far, the best “talking to a fish” interaction that i’ve ever seen was somewhere in the Percy Jackson series. i don’t have the book with me, but it went something like this:

Percy: Hi! So, we want to go north.

mako shark?: i eat seals. are you seals?

Percy: No. I do have this macrobiotic beef jerky, though.

mako shark?: promise not to feed me this, and i will take you north.

Percy: deal.
