Maki always has to side with Nobara whenever she stirs up trouble or suffer the consequences later.

However, if they’re ever in agreement about causing mischief, they become absolute menaces to Jujutsu High. These two bring out the worst in each other, whether it be harmless pranks like stealing Gojo’s shoes, or taking it too far and messing with the principal’s collection of cursed corpses. They don’t like getting scolded, but getting scolded together makes it a lot easier.

They are each others favorite sparring partners, but Maki insists they don’t pair up every single time so they can both get a diversified training experience.

Also, if they’re training alone, they end up making out instead.

Nobara and Itadori will talk through Maki when they’re annoyed with each other. “Maki, tell Itadori it’s his fault we failed the mission since he let the curse go.” “What? Maki, tell Kugisaki that if she hadn’t thrown her hammer at me for getting to the curse first, it wouldn’t have gotten away.” Maki is usually fed up and leaves after the third insult: “Come talk to me when you guys have made up.”

Everyone else knew Nobara had feelings for Maki before she herself realized.

Maki’s favorite type of date with Nobara is a night in. She loves how Nobara will cuddle up to her during a scary movie or tease her during a heated game of Super Smash Bros. Despite all the practice Maki had gotten with the game since she started dating Nobara, she hasn’t been able to beat her once.

Nobara throws fits when she doesn’t get enough attention, moaning about how Maki hates her and doesn’t want to be her girlfriend anymore until Maki kisses her and reassures her of the opposite.

Nobara thinks it’s hot whenever Maki gets heated up about competition or fights. Later, she challenges Maki to a wrestling match—“I doubt you could pin me down”—her intentions for the set-up thinly veiled. Obviously, if Maki teased Nobara later about pinning her, Nobara would claim she “wasn’t trying.”

In their free time, Nobara does Maki’s hair in different styles.

Nobara loves to be a brat and rile Maki up. She’ll always push Maki’s button until she retaliates, attacking what she knows to be Nobara’s sweet spots. And when this happens, Nobara melts and begs her to fuck her, even if ten minutes ago she was vehemently insisting she would never do such a thing.

They would kill for each other. Duh!!
