When she let out a laugh, Marius just smiled wider in return. He took a step back from her, resting the towel he still held over his shoulder as he got a better look at her. There was something familiar about her, but he couldn't quite place it. Being in the country for more than a few years was one thing, he knew most of the important ones, for sure. But, it was still a lot to keep up with, even in a city this size. He decided to play it coy, choosing not to embarrass himself for guessing who she was wrong and sparing her from being recognized.
Taking her hand, he played a bit into the "hero" bit, giving it a gentle shake before bowing his head, raising her hand to place a chaste kiss to it, "It was truly nothing, love. Glad I could help," he let her hand go, straightening up again, keeping that smile, "A pleasure to meet you, Carina. My name is Marius. You've stumbled into the lovely- albeit quite empty today- kitchen of the ever exclusive Starlight Lounge."
Although industrial to be functional, the kitchen did share the same aesthetic as the dining room floor. Dark blue was the main colors with twinkling lights to replicate the stars, as well as swirling paintings and lights that were reminiscent of galaxies and asteroid belts. It was all so elegant, while still feeling like you were stepping out into a field of stars. Marius always loved it, stargazing was something he enjoyed since he was a child. Being there every day just felt right to him.
"You're welcome to make yourself at home," he stepped back again, picking up the plate he had been eyeing up originally to scrutinize that stain a bit closer, "The Lounge is closed for a private party today, and those guests have all eaten. So, it will be pretty quiet back here while we clean up," Marius turned his head back to flash a smile at her again, "If you'd like, I could make you something. Just say the word."
