Never Feel Like You're Not Enough. People Can Like And Appreciate Other People Too. That's Fine.

i know it can be hard to see your own light in a world where all 7 billion of us shine, some seemingly brighter than others. but I trust you, and I trust myself too. you are not lesser. you do not deserve less. you are brilliant. kind. smart. beautiful. absolutely incredible. you have it allll in you, you really do. so don't be afraid! its okay to let it go, to let yourself shine in a sea of bright lights. you won't be outshone-- you'll be glowing in the aura of the others around you.
i believe in you with all my heart. go for it

it’s okay to let people in. they love you and want to be there. you will never be a burden to them

what a look
If someone else could make the same mistakes you have and you would forgive them, you should consider forgiving yourself. We’re all human, we all make mistakes and you are worth forgiveness. Everyone is capable of growth and all that holding things against yourself allows us the opportunity to stay stuck at where you were. No one is incapable of growth.
yes, and pessimism is not being realistic. pessimism is denying your heart and your faith in seeing only the cold things around you. that's not real. and that's not what will always be real. what is real is what YOU make out of the things around you. that is real. take that, and realize that it has power, do something with it. make it great. and I assure you, it will be the realest thing you will ever know.
thinking about the amount of times i’ve seen people reblog and add very negative or passive aggressive text to my posts, i just wanna remind everyone that even though there is still a great deal of negativity in this world that will try and hold you down and argue against your optimism while excusing their pessimism as “just being realistic”, you are not wrong for still having hope in yourself, your present and your future. you are not wrong for being positive and optimistic about life. you are not being any less realistic than those who view everything with pessimistic eyes. life is what you make of it, every single situation is what you make it out to be, how you choose to deal with it all. and if you choose to be positive and optimistic ‘cause it’s good for your mental health and quality of life? you have every right to be so.
your mental health is a priority your happiness is a priority your self-care is a priority your existence is a priority
