Friday, November 24th: Hello everyone, I’m Gemma, a bi, mentally ill, and disabled woman in desperate need of help, as things have gotten worse for me and I'm struggling to pay off my overdue balance and keep my utilities on!!

As most of you are already aware from my previous posts, I have been struggling financially these past few years due to COVID-19 and my welfare benefit (Universal Credit) being under continuous reviews, which is due to my worsening mental/physical health and the UK’s controversial changes to how benefits are assessed and assigned. After a lengthy health assessment, I have been declared unfit for work and have only recently been awarded adult disability.

To be quite honest, these past few months have been absolute hell for me, and with no other income, I've been relying on the kindness of others to get by. However, due to my outstanding debt, it's been difficult and I don't receive my welfare until Thursday the 30th, which will be taken by this overdue balance if I can't clear it in time.

If anyone could spare any amount to help me, it would save my life, and sharing definitely helps just as much as donations. Thank you 🩷

Unfortunately, due to my outstanding debt, my disability benefit was taken by my overdue bills and fees, and I don't receive my welfare again until Thursday the 30th. I don't have any funds to pay my outstanding balance of £86.28 or to keep my utilities on, and I could really use some help.
