It's been a while since I've seen a post like this, so... Here's some tips for figuring out who's fronting if you're having trouble!
Try calling yourself by the names of selves you suspect you might be until one of them clicks and feels right. (Or get someone else to do this to you.)
Set up a personality quiz with your system – with different alters as the results – and take it!
Consider how you'd feel if you were told you absolutely were not (insert headmate here). Would you be frustrated? Upset? Would you instinctively push back against that assertion? If so, this is probably a good indicator that you're that headmate.
If you keep descriptions of your sysmates, read through them and see what you relate to, and if you ever feel like anything is referring to you specifically, or that you wrote something.
The previous suggestion can also work for journal entries if you keep track of who wrote what.
This is not an exhaustive list; if you find a different method that works better for your system, use it! And remember, if you feel deep down like a specific system member... you probably are that system member. Good luck figuring out who's fronting and who you are!

There are limitless ways a system could bond, so we just went with some things our own collective likes to do. Having a headspace, some level of pre-established communication, and the ability to cofront or be coconscious with your headmates could all create opportunities for more bonding activities. So sorry our post got super long, but we hope it’ll be helpful for y’all!
This is an apparently hot take but like… can we stop normalizing the idea that all littles / syskids are genuinely all going to be mentally children or “innocent” and in need of sanitized spaces.
Systems are gonna have littles who are nothing more than kids in headspace, yet act and function like anyone else.

Systems are gonna have littles who otherwise have no choice in the adult topics they have to live with.
and the list goes on and on like it could in any other case; Whether or not you like it.
It’s up to a system to deem what they want and think is appropriate for THEIR own system, not for someone outside to decide. Just like every other type of alter you can’t just blanket they’re all going to be some sort of way?
(Obviously, littles who ARE basically just normal children that exist, but this post isn’t about that.)

yes thats right im back and i need financial help once again! because my current job pays jack shit and our other, richer, roommate moved elsewhere because fuck us, i guess. if we dont get the money to move into this apartment, we will be homeless, and i dont want that happening to me again, let alone happening to my best fucking friend

Normalizing loving plurality. Not even your own.
Normalize treating new potential headmates in other systems like a default positive until otherwise. Normalize hearing "I think there's a new guy in here" and saying "Wow! Do you wanna talk to them?" instead of "Oh, no :(" And, of course, normalize treating new headmates who front out of nowhere with no idea where they are with kindness, patience, and understanding. Normalize being a rock they can stand on while they get their footing.
Normalize being frustrated you can't physically hold all your friends in a separate system the way you might hold a non-plural friend group. Normalize adoring your friend's headmates. Normalize being happy for them when they talk about their plurality.
Normalize loving plurality.
