BACK OF CHEESE OF THE CARIBBEAN

How did I manage to start a conversation in my reblogs over mentioning cheesecake-

OH MY GOD YOU CANT JUST DROP INFO ABOUT MY FAVORITE CHARACTER MIXING WITH MY FAVORITE EPIOSDE. BMA. BMA!!!!!!!!

Okay yes this was one of my favorite AUs to weave together because crafting interactions between characters that never meet in game IS SOMETHING I LOVE. Essentially, the Chipped!Vos AU follows the adventure trio as they try to navigate Crown Mesa after finding a mysterious portal flint & steel. This is also my one AU where everything happens when Vos is younger. So that’s fun-

PAMA has Chipped!Vos wear his hood up to cover the device. ^^

Main plot points include:

Jack, Vos, and Sammy making it to Crown Mesa (with Jack excited to be in a mesa biome, Vos creeped out by the docile mobs, and Sammy curious about the weird devices on everyone’s heads)

Trio gets ambushed and Vos is blindsided and taken to PAMA

In trying to convince the computer to let him free, Vos denies knowing of a way out and instead describes past adventures. He insists that if PAMA lets him go, he’ll come back with more stories to tell. This has the opposite effect and instead PAMA chips him, suspecting him to be from another world. :[ They were correct… and now know Jack has the portal flint. (Character interactions my beloved) “Welcome, Vos! Yay!” :]

Harper finds Jack and Sammy and shows them around her lab, explaining the computer’s history… and weaknesses

Altercation between Chipped!Vos and Jack and Sammy ensues with PAMA realizing Vos’ splash potions can mess with their redstone wiring (and Jack using that to his advantage.) PAMA realizes through Vos’ memories that they can’t beat Jack in a fistfight and instead starts trying to appeal to him, offering Jack his friend back in exchange for the portal flint. He declines and the battle continues.

“I know this world better than you. I know your FRIEND better than you. I know everything. better. than. you. How do you think you’re going to stop me?” “The thing that stopped you (Vos) the last time.” “?!?” “Sea Temple.” *throws a bucket of water in Chipped!Vos’ face*

Vos and PAMA’s dynamic can be summed up like: “This is creepy and I want to go home…” “Go home? I can assist with that!”
