Alternate Rules for D&D 3.5 Reincarnation Spell

Our DM asked me to put together a set of alternate rules for the reincarnation spell in the 3.5 player's handbook. We used them in our last campaign, they seem to work pretty well for us.

If you ever find yourself in a D&D campaign where you have convinced the DM to wave/reduce the XP/gold cost of permanency spells, you can totally have one of these as an animal companion. 

Soo, i was working on the most important project of my college career when i had this idea. Naturally, i had to stop working on my paper to do it.
