Moon Phase Magic
Moon Phase Magic
You can do magic any time, any day, but sometimes you'd like a little bit of a lunar boost! Here's how the phases of the moon can match the intentions of your magic.

Full Moon: Great for manifesting, divination, and psychic ability. If you work with spirits or deities this phase can help boost your signal, so to speak.
Waning Gibbous: Helps with cleansing, protection and detoxing. If you're trying to get rid of some bad energy or place a protection spell on you house, this phase can help you out! Setting intentions to let go of things is also suggested during this phase.
Last Quarter: Great for breaking habits and abandoning bad situations. Sometimes we have to leave, if you need a bit of extra strength to do it, this moon phase could help you.
Waning Crescent: Good for release, surrender, and introspection. Sometimes we need to stop and smell the roses. Allow yourself to be still and let this phase give you some calm in the midst of chaos.
New Moon (or Dark Moon): This phase works best for cleansing, banishing magic, and shadow work. Similar to the last three, the new moon can give you that push you need to do the dirty work you need to succeed. We all have shadows, are you ready to face yours?
Waxing Crescent: Creation, imagination, and attraction are on "high" during this phase. Start to sew the seeds of new projects or ideas during this time.
First Quarter: Manifesting change and strength is a good idea during this phase of the moon. There are things that need changing, but it's not always easy, so allow this phase to give you the boost you need to change.
Waxing Gibbous: Best for motivation. determination and energy. You need to get things done? This phase can give you the energy to act. Your willpower and knowledge will help you succeed, but a little lunar love wouldn't hurt!
---
When using the moon in magic, make sure you thank our magnificent celestial being for helping you out. She works very hard and deserves a lot of gratitude from us!
A/N: Since this is my digital grimoire it is subject to my own opinions. The information here is what I've gathered after a lot of reading and learning from various other pagans and witches. However, If you feel that a moon phase is different for you then by all means don't let me change your mind!

Lunar Eclipse in Taurus
đ 19th November 2021
We are entering into another Eclipse Season with a Lunar Eclipse in Taurus. The main download I have received for the collective is to balance the spiritual and material sides of yourselves.
Look back to late May and early June, when we were in the first eclipse season of the year. What was stirred up in your life? You might finally find closure in that area now. Or perhaps new changes will emerge.
The Full Moon is going to be aspected by Jupiter, Mercury and Pluto. With all these planets working together, there is an amazing opportunity to bring your desires into life, if you do it right.
Some of us may feel feel a new sense of ambition and alignment but there's also a strong possibility of becoming overly emotional and sensitive.
Working with eclipse energy can be quite challenging and you should be extra careful with your intentions, as it may backfire on you. Be careful what you wish for!
đ What to focus on:
Looking back at the last eclipses this May/June and tying the loose ends
Calling back your energy
Tuning into your spirituality
Getting your finances and material possessions under control
Finding a balance between the spiritual and material
đ Watch out for:
Being overconfident and too domineering
Extreme emotional reactions
Blind faith
Reckless manifestations and spells
I wish you a lovely Lunar Eclipseâ¨

cleansing spell
this oneâs great to help realign yourself when youâre just feeling a bit off, or if you feel like youâve picked up other peopleâs energy, etc
what youâll need;
white candle (birthday, tea light, whatever!)
sugar
honey
rosemary
lemon
glass of drinking water
âď¸ in front of a fire safe bowl/whatever place your glass of drinking water. now lay a hefty pile of sugar into your bowl, you need enough to hold your candle upright, make sure to place it in the center of your sugar. going clockwise, add your honey in three circles around your candle. then take your rosemary (if itâs whole crumble it in your palm, if itâs powdered dw) now sprinkle it clockwise on top of and slightly around the outside edge of your honey circle, making three more circles. take your lemon and cut it in half, put one half in front of your candle next to the glass and begin to charge it with your intentions as you complete the spell. gently squeeze the lemon juice around the candle clockwise again like everything else until itâs given up most of its juice, make sure youâre working your intentions into everything as you do this, now light your candle. with the second half of the lemon slowly and gently squeeze most or all of its juice into your cup of water thatâs been charging in front of the candle. work your intentions in as you do and drink up while you let your candle go out <3
Birthday Wishes Ritual
Which of your wishes will come true?
I am reposting this in honor of my own birthday season. Perform it any time within the 24 hours of your birthday. Which means if you were born on February 14th at 2:00 AM, ensure you finish it by February 15th at 1:59 AM.
STEP 1:Â Acquire five candles.
Red for love and romance
Pink for beauty and elegance
White for joy and gladness
Green for money and prosperity
Yellow for health and vitality
STEP 2:Â Prepare your bed.
Place the candles on your headboard shelf. If you do not have one, put your nightstand behind your bed. The candles have to hover over your head.
STEP 3:Â Light the candles.
If what the pink candle represents is what matters most to you, light it first. If the white candle comes second, light that afterwards. Always use the wick of the previous candle to light the next. Do all this as you sit on your bed.
STEP 4:Â Speak your desires.
Voice out your wishes one by one, in the same order that you lit the candles.Â
Pink: âMay I bloom this year into the prettiest I can be.â
White: âMay sadness finally leave my soul in my 19th year.â
Red: âMay love at last find me in these 12 months ahead.â
Let every wish be short enough that you can say it in one breath.
STEP 5:Â Sleep for three hours.
Set an alarm, if needed. To close your eyes is to open your soul. Let the powers that be which are around you now, look into the depths of your being and gaze upon your fate. So that they may decide which of your wishes can be granted and which are simply not meant to be.
STEP 6:Â Watch the lights.
Once three hours have passed, sit up on your bed and look at the candles above your head.
The one whose light burns the highest is that which is pledged to come true.
The one whose light is dancing the merriest is already on its way to you.
Any candles whose light is remarkably still, are wishes that are not up to the divine but up to you.
The shortest candle, the one that burned the fastest, is the wish that cannot this year be granted.
Any candles whose lights burned out cannot be granted not just this year but for the foreseeable future ahead.
STEP 7:Â Blow out the candles.
After you commit to mind the given information, thank the powers that be for the revelation.
Never use the candles again for another ritual. But you may use them for purposes that are mundane or banal.
