JB scenario: Day Off

You and your boyfriend Jaebum both had the day off, which almost never happened, so of course when it did you would always spend the whole day together. It had been a while since Jaebum had any time off at all, with all of his busy schedules with Got7, practice, etc. Because of this, you two hadn’t really been able to spend time together and when he was home, he was busy catching up on sleep. He felt bad for not being there for you, so he decided that today he would treat you while he could.

He started the day by waking you up gently.

“Y/N?” He spoke softly, putting his hand over your arm.

“Hm…” You mumbled sleepily. “Good morning.”

“Good morning. Get dressed, I’ve got a lot of plans for us today.” He had a smile plastered on his face, he seemed eager to start the day and show you what he was planning.

The day was super fun for you both, filled with adoring smiles and laughter. First you went to the park for a walk, occasionally stopping to look at some flowers or to take pictures. He held your hand the whole time, and sometimes got you to walk closer to him. You could really tell how much he had missed spending time with you like this, although you didn’t mind because you had missed him just as much.

Next, you went to a small, cute cafe that you’d been to before and both liked. He insisted on paying for everything, “Today is a treat for you. I’m paying.”.

You sat across from eachother and took candid photos of eachother. You noticed him making one of the photos of you his homescreen/lockscreen, and you changed yours to him too.

On your way home you spotted a little ice cream place with hardly any queue. Once again, he payed. You continued walking back, ice cream in one hand and his hand in the other.

“Thank you for today Jaebum. It was really nice spending time with you, I had fun.” You smiled and placed a kiss on his cheek.

The both of you reached the front door.

“I’ll get a movie and some blankets ready.” Jaebum said as he proceeded to search the room for a blanket.

“Oh okay! I’ll go get us both something to drink.”

It was a warm day, so by the time you made it through the door, you were both quite thirsty.

When you came back with the drinks, you noticed that Jaebum had found a blanket. He was lying on the floor with it draped over his torso as he stared at the ceiling.

“Um, why are you on the floor?” You giggled, confused.

“Oh, I was just thinking about how much I love you.”
