Big Fan Of The Staff Of Takanashi Productions

Vito
The Canary in the Coal mine
Played by Banri Oogami
An occupier of the surface- one of the rare ones who had left the ark to live on the surface. A standoffish man, but prone to occasionally saying strange facts when listening into conversations. While he’s blunt and sticks to himself, he eers to the kinder side of morality in this broken world.

He does not remain in one spot for long, even when his companion tends to stop frequently by settlements. When waiting for the other to finish his business, he will often scout out the outskirts and stay outside of buildings while collecting any resources he can, for when they set off once more.

It’s implied that even when he lived on the Ark, he was already disillusioned with the church of Nerve– leading to his forcible exit. Being the son of a someone who ran an armory, it was hard for him to not be aware of what the church was doing– and his refusal of the Unity Order’s recruiting left him deemed a traitor.

Lerche
The Traveling Teller of Tales
Played by Otoharu Takanashi
An eccentric storyteller who travels to the different regions of the surface with no real base. A somewhat unassuming older man, whose only form of protection seems to come from the young man he rescued, Vito. He’s enigmatic and tends to remain neutral in conflict… even when surrounded by bloodshed.

Lerche tends to change locations every half a month, even when Vito tends to be skittish about that stretch of time. While he offered for Vito to just go on his own, Vito insisted on Lerche needing someone to watch over him, and would remain generally by the settlement until they were traveling again. Lerche isn’t particularly rich, but he’s wise enough to be able to survive– though Vito is unclear how exactly he acquired the funds.

A young woman who accompanies a traveling merchant group. She lacks a sense of presence, but surprisingly her words tend to cut deep with her insight. Despite her stature, she knows how to defend herself with little hesitation. When she isn’t writing in one of her many journals, she’s helping book-keep with her companions.

She inherited journals from her parents who had gone missing when she was still fairly young. Very few people know her birth connection with Kokujohyako, because of how young she was when she left. However, the merchants she travels with do not miss the unnatural fascination she has with documenting deaths.

“Edel”
The Curse Peddler
Played by Aya Yotsuba
A mysterious youthful girl who has been traveling with Dahlie from what seems like the very beginning. Despite her youthful looks, she carries herself with a mature aura that cannot be faked. She holds a cadence alongside clothes that resemble that of the ruler of the church of Nerve. Many of Dahlie’s regular dealers learn not to treat her lightly because of the menacing aura she carries herself with.

Edel was originally Eternea’s hidden apprentice, “Edelweiss” who carries the secrets of Eternea’s practice. However, due to a conflict in personalities, Edelweiss saw it fit to take what she learnt and leave Eternea to a fate she saw was surely sealed. Now on the surface, she takes advantage of what she learnt to gain a comfortable living.

Dealings in Death
Played by Kaoru Anesagi
One of the most well known traveling merchants on the Surface. Despite appearing relatively young, most people on the Surface cannot remember a time when Dahlie didn’t do dealings on the surface. She’s talkative and charismatic and has a way with words that was thought lost on the surface, leading to her often having the upperhand. While her words are her best weapons, she also is overly familiar with most weapons due to her dealings, and most know not to fight her directly.

A lot of Dahlie’s backstory is a mystery to most people, even her companions. However, her plans and knowledge have always served them all well, so many believe she was a child of another merchant.

Jura
Enforcer of Invisible Lines.
Played by Rinto Ozaki
Dahlie’s friend and companion in her merchantry. While he’s fairly aloof and takes things very seriously, he’ll occasionally slip up and say something strange, mostly because of Dahlie’s clever words. With the addition of Falke, he hasn’t won many verbal battles since. He usually is in charge of dealing with logistics and organizing once Dahlie obtains a deal.

Jura was a mercenary that Dahlie had hired when he was younger, but ended up sticking around afterwards because of how good her conditions were. Eventually, he ended up working alongside her when he gained her trust and showed his rare proficiency for business.

genuinely this website is horrible. every few days they totally nuke another random popular trans girl who has never ever broken a rule, and everybody but trans girls shut up about it and forgets immediately. like HELLO???? Charlottan was banned for literally NO REASON why am i not seeing hammer car explosion 2??? why are the majority of TME people just ignoring that trans girls are absolutely being specifically targeted for removal with no excuse??? does nobody else care any more????

What are your i7 ships?

whatevers funniest. BIG BIG fan of

Yamamitsu (Divorced)

Banyuki (TURBO DIVORCED!!)

I'm really mostly sticking to ships i feel are pretty much kind of a given (Ioriku, Gakuryuu(solidarity), Momoyuki) but BIG fan of Otoban as you can tell (Please tell me if they have a diff shipname)

I'm multiship though, so whatever i think is funny works. 👍

The only other one that's been growing on me off the top of my head that isn't just straight jokes and bits would be Sogo and Touma (though I just like their dynamic overall)

Reasoning:

Sougo's internal dialogue would be very very funny

It's probably awful to say they would be one of my more popular rarepairs really.
