A magical item which everyone can use, BUT! it will work properly if you know how it works. It's just a box, with one big button and sigils on every side. This item is basically wizard's spell book, but instead of chance of each spell failing, the cube itself has a percentage (for my character it's 45%) lower which it will cast wild magic. And If someone, who doesn't know how to use it, uses it, it will cast wild magic no matter what!

I thought of something now... Human emotions are like weather on the earth + the sun... Like... No matter where clouds are & how many are there, the sun is always there to turn that planet to its status quo. This could be compared to humans emotional state. Unfortunately, the sun is not always equivalent to the happiness...
