I admit, I'm not pleased, I am, perhaps, being selfishly envious. I don't have a great number of people to spend time with, only myself and Taka. It...is displeasing to see one of only a few persons I desire to see elsewhere. I should apologize to Fulbright on this, he is my friend and deserves to be happy. I should apologize to him, as a friend.

"he's.... fine. Loud. Self-aggrandizing. Smells like ashes. Could probably bench the weight of his firetruck, which I'm certain drew Fool-Bright to him to begin with. Rover loves him, or so I'm told.

What does it matter? Fool-Bright is head over heels it would seem. He's been spending all his time with the man, I'm sure they'll be very happy.

I've been doing a lot of thinking lately, and...perhaps I have not been entirely honest with Fulbright about how I feel.

I did not believe I was ready for a relationship, I still do not, but.....

It is dishonest to claim there is no feeling there.

Surely it is too late, however. Even if Fulbright has ever felt the same for me, he is with his man even now. I can not confront him with these feelings, he has them for another. Besides, I....do not know that I am good for others.

What am I to do?
