Once upon a time, I was writing down notes in my lesson, while we were learning about holism (viewing things as a whole) & reductionism (breaking down phenomenon to its most simplest form), and i lowkey had a ‘EUREKA!’ moment.
Now you may be asking, why on earth am i giving a storytime when this is supposed to be an informative loa post, well grab a hot cocoa because imma give u a nice reminder about the law of assumption & shifting, if u feel like you’ve just overconsumed alot of posts & overcomplicated it.
Instead of viewing manifestation/shifting as a ‘whole’ (methods, techniques & all that other unnecessary stuff) ,u gotta simply break it down to,
1. pick what u want
2. persist in that assumption (affirming)
thats basically it! stop overcomplicating manifesting/shifting to all these methods, etc.

Hello, unfortunately my previous account was deleted so I will retell my story, my name is Ahmed Al-Dani, I am 14 years old. I live in Gaza, where I was born amidst ongoing conflicts and wars. I have a question that do I need to have a mindset of I am in my dr or have a mindset of Dr self like how he speaks, thinks, behaves?
whichever gets you to simply assume and continue assuming that you’ve already shifted.
i personally feel like they do the same thing, it’s both just different versions of occupying the end state.
but if you wanna go simple just constantly remind yourself you already shifted, you’re already in your dr and you have been for a while now.
whichever you like best!

HAVING NEGATIVE THOUGHTS?
Why are you thinking negative thoughts? Why are you so obsessed with complaining?
At the end of the day, you are getting nothing out of it. On the other hand, if you live in the end, look to the 4d for confirmation and basically just control your thoughts, you are getting all your desires.
Why is one easier than the other?
Well the answer is very simple. The future is uncertain. So the human mind, to protect itself, conjures up all these thoughts and scenarios of things going horribly wrong. The logical mind wants to prepare for the worst so that you don't get hurt. That is all.
Now that we understand why it happens, how can we stop it?
What I do is very simple. When I get these anxiety ridden thoughts, I take in a deep breath, and tell myself that this is just my mind trying to protect me from something that will never happen. And then when I feel calm, I repeat my affirmations.
🎀 Practical Example 🎀
Katie is manifesting appearance change. She affirms and then after a while thinks about what will happen if it doesn't manifest? What if manifesting isn't real? What if it doesn't work?
She realises that she is having negative thoughts and so she takes in a deep breath, reminds herself and tells herself very firmly that "such things will NEVER happen", she then starts her affirmations and repeats for as long as she wants to.
It's that simple. Take away the power from your negative/undesirable thoughts. They will not manifest.
Whenever you catch yourself having negative thoughts or complaining do what I told you. Tell yourself that it (the negative circumstances) will never happen and then go about your day.
Not only will it help your manifestation journey but also your everyday mental health and wellness.
No one deserves to live in a constant state of fear. We all deserve safety and security. And we are the only one's who can provide that for ourselves.
How exactly do you work on your self-concept? Despite trying, it still seems difficult to me and I end up the same as before.
HOW2LOA : improve your self concept !
before we start i want to mention that self concept isn’t just your confidence and self esteem but it is how you view yourself, how you assume others view you and how you perceive yourself and life in general!
working on self concept isn’t necessary to manifest but it definitely helps to have a good idea of self.
the only self concept that i really recommend working on is the assumption that you can manifest, that you are the creator of your reality, that you have power over your surroundings, that you manifest fast and effortlessly and in general anything that has to do with your manifesting abilities. this will help because it will be your foundation that you can fall back on when fears or doubts come up because they most likely will occur.
how do you manifest a good self concept? you persist, as with anything else. drill it in your mind that manifestation works for you, even if you have no proof of that yet. embody the version of you who has manifested everything you want, who gets whatever they want in seconds, who knows they are powerful so they do not need to doubt because they know they’ll get their manifestations, because they always do. tip: dress the part and act the part if that makes you more confident. building good habits will help you with persuading your mind!
there is a version of yourself out there that is just like who i described. they are you. you are them. there is no separation. you already have an amazing self concept. there is nothing to fix or heal. you are already confident, sure of yourself, powerful, determined, strong willed, positive, successful, you have a good self image and high self esteem. you are your best self now. play the part. stop trying to fix or correct yourself.
the moment you get opposing thoughts literally gaslight yourself. would your best self think like that? no. and since you are your best self now there is no need to dwell on those negative thoughts. they do not matter as they are just opportunities to jump to a different reality. but you are in your desired reality already so you don’t need to entertain them. this isn’t about doing, its about being, thinking as if, tapping into that version of you because the moment you decide it is instant and you jump to that reality! and when you fall back into the old state and think you have stayed the same, just make your decision again to be your best self.
there’s only so many times you can read about how you’re journey is done and it’s already yours before you start taking imagination seriously.
Reminder that the amount of years of you trying to shift does not matter! There is only now. So as soon as you decide NOW is when you’re in your DR, nothing can change that.
i’m wondering if i should begin my bts dr by getting into the company (around 6 months-1 year before debut) just to get the full experience of meeting and knowing the boys or if i should have it like right before we starting shooting for our first music video.
i’m obviously scripting that monthly evaluations are easy and shit but idk
When you repeat the new story to yourself whether through affirmations, visualization, scripting or whatever method you prefer, instead of looking at it as trying to get or trying to create something look at it as simply reminding yourself of who you are and what you have because that reality exists already. Trust & know that your subconscious will act on your orders & it will manifest ( your subconscious takes everything you tell it as true it doesn’t know the difference between what is real or not, true/lie) Just continue to consciously stay in your new reality by continuing to think as if because it’s already yours and happening for you. Think & speak to yourself as if you had it already.
The reason why many struggle is because they imagine & use methods but then consciously they still keep reminding themselves of the old story or worrying about unwanted circumstances, that is what creates a contradiction between the subconscious & the conscious mind which may manifest as delays or unwanted circumstances.
You have access to your conscious mind so instead of complaining about your circumstances decide you have it already & consciously flip your negative thoughts whenever they contradict your desires. Just deny the old story, & negative thoughts when they appear and affirm your have it already or whatever helps you be back in your new story feeling fulfilled. If you get the urge to check the 3D simply affirm you don’t need to check the 3D because you have it already. If you are the person who has it already, you are not going to go out and look for something you have already. If you feel like your waiting just affirm you have it already so you are not waiting any longer.

Why would you worry about the old story or circumstance when you already have it? You simply just don’t react or identify with the old story because you already shifted, you have the thing.
It’s like you know what your name is so if someone calls you by the wrong name you’re not going to turn around and answer your going to ignore them because that’s not your name. If you receive a phone call or text message from an unknown number and they are looking for someone who is not you, you simply don’t reply or say wrong number, wrong person.
Now do this when the old story pops out or negative thoughts try to disturb you. Don’t answer or react to what doesn’t belong to you or what doesn’t identify with who you are.

your thoughts are seeds. by giving them attention you water them so that they may grow into the new story.
It's simple, stick to the basics forget about all terms or "rules"
-you are the god of your reality so you get to decide what thoughts to give power/attention ,which in turn becomes your reality. Imagine your thoughts are seeds and everytime you give it attention you are watering it so they can grow. So decide what seeds you want to plant and continue to water them.
- Emotions do not and will not manifest or interfere.
-repeat the new story to yourself, don't contradict it. Focus on the end. Maintain tunnel vision on the end.
-stop complaining about circumstances, 3d, you are giving it attention/awareness to continue to be a thing. Ignore what the 3d is showing you if it's unwanted, knowing it can be changed at any moment. If you are seeing nothing, trust that it's happening & persist.
-ignore & redirect your thoughts when opposing or intrusive thoughts appear.
-trust that its done. Remind your self that you have it already.
-accepting & deciding on something is simply repeating the story to yourself & thinking as if.
-you can literally not feel nothing at all, or feel anxious, not believe it, have intrusive thoughts but still continue to persist in your new story by repetition and redirecting your focus on your new story and it will manifest it has no choice but to do so.

how do i ignore the 3d?
ignore isn’t necessarily the right word. it’s more like you don’t pay it any mind because it’s not what you’re aware of anymore.
if you imagine having money and are subscribed to the idea of being rich, a reality in which you’re poor doesn’t phase you. you know you’re rich so why entertain or allow anything else to convince you otherwise.
whenever you have inadequate feelings towards the 3d, go inwards. remind yourself that you already manifested your desires and sink into that feeling. bored? 4d. sad? 4d. angry? 4d. feel your emotions and then return to where you know you have it all.
the 3d is irrelevant from the moment you affirm for your desires onward. it has no choice but to reflect what you pay mind to. don’t worry about time, circumstance, how it’s gonna happen. only pay attention to the knowledge that it’s already done.
when you do this, you realize the 3d is one silly reality among an entire multiverse of realities you’re in and are no longer tied to a reality you don’t want.
like edward art said, “occupy the end.”

can you imagine having it?
then what’s convincing you you don’t?
Last night I wanted to shift to my wr or my better cr. I affirmed, I visualized and put myself to sleep affirming that I would wake up there.
Guess what? I did. In my 4D. I woke up and my 3d decided to show my cr, but I affirmed before getting up that I SHIFTED. Everything in my imagination and what I assume, the affirmations I shifted. The 3D is an Illusion, like a lucid dream yk? It's slow but starting tonight, it will show me my ideal reality. And I will shift there permanantly. Call it delusion or whatever you want. But it HAS TO.
So i shifted. Period.
again, when you utilize imagination (affirming, visualizing, scripting, knowing, deciding etc) to show yourself you’re in your dr, you’ve already shifted.
when you imagine that you’ve successfully shifted to your dr, you’ve successfully shifted to your dr.
it’s instant. you are pure consciousness and are not tied down to one reality over another. no matter what happens, remind yourself that because you did it in imagination, it is done period. the 3d obeys what you pay attention to.
How I became a master shifter (+ why methods aren't working for you)
Hello! I’ve been seeing a lot of disinformation lately, and I’ve noticed that some people might need help, so I wanted to chime in. I can shift whenever I want, and I see a LOT of limiting beliefs—but I understand because I was once on the other side.
Disclaimer: This is all based on my personal experience with how I became a master shifter. You’ll want to read everything—it’s important.
I first shifted around March 2022. I would always use methods. I would affirm, tell myself I was detached from this reality, and so on. During my very first shift, I literally affirmed all night long (if this sounds familiar, it’s because I used to have another blog here, lol). You know, really complicated stuff. Then... things changed. I couldn’t shift anymore. I kept using the same methods, but they didn’t work!
That’s when I started questioning everything about shifting and consciousness. Why was it that I could be in another reality where things like magic exist, but then suddenly I couldn’t shift anymore? Why were the methods, like lucid dreaming or the void, seemingly more powerful than the act of switching realities itself? Why, when I shifted from my Desired Reality to my Current Reality, all I needed to do think of my CR to shift back—but it didn’t work the other way around?
None of it made sense! And I’m sure many others have asked themselves these same questions.
I came up with two theories:
This reality has something unique compared to the infinite other realities. To shift from here, you need something extra, like a method.
There’s something else at play, something unrelated to the realities themselves.
I dismissed the first option. There’s nothing inherently special about this reality. So why do we use methods here but not in our DRs?
Then, I thought back to how I used to shift... detaching from my body, affirming until I shifted. It all aligned with my subconscious beliefs. The method didn’t work because that’s how shifting works, but because it made sense to my subconscious. Of course I would shift if I did these things—because that’s what I believed shifting required.
Well... kind of. As I said, it made sense because it aligned with my beliefs. So when the method failed, I wasn’t letting myself shift.
Did you catch that? I didn’t let myself shift. Of course, it wasn’t the method. At what point do you actually shift? Is it when you affirm? Do you really think the universe is just waiting for you to say the right thing enough times before it switches you to your DR?
No. It’s you.
So, you have two choices:
Find a method that truly aligns with your beliefs, or
Change your subconscious beliefs.
Changing your beliefs might seem hard, but I’m going to explain why it’s not as difficult as it feels.
All your life, you’ve had certain beliefs, but those beliefs came from somewhere. You weren’t born thinking you need methods to shift—it’s something that developed over time. Which means it’s not set in stone. It can be changed.
I realized that every reality holds the same weight. There’s NOTHING you can do in this one—no intrusive thoughts or negative emotions—that can stop you. Why? Because those thoughts and emotions are products of this reality. Shifting is simply changing what you’re aware of. That’s literally it. Anything outside of that can’t stop you.
Yes, we’ve all seen those posts saying things like, "Oh, you’re not focused enough" or "You spend too much time on X, Y, Z" or even "You don’t go outside enough" (I legit read this on here—y'all are wildin’). Are you in your DR thinking "Oh, I thought about failing to shift, it means I won't :("? Of course you aren't! But nothing can stop you from shifting. Nothing can stop you from being aware that you are a master shifter.
So, how do you become aware of that?
I started affirming throughout the day. I would tell myself these things:
I’m pure consciousness. I create my reality, and everything around me is just what I choose to perceive.
I’m a master shifter. I don’t need methods. All I need to do is choose to shift, think of my DR, and it happens.
Nothing in the 3D can stop me from shifting, because I’m in the 4D and pure consciousness.
I told myself these things constantly, and I truly understood what I was affirming. What being pure consciousness and being a master shifter actually meant. I stopped using methods. I stopped acting like this reality was special compared to the ones I wanted to be in. And then... it happened.
I shifted. During the day. I simply thought of my DR, told myself, I want to shift, and there I was—in my DR. It happened because, as I said, my subconscious beliefs changed and then manifested in my reality. The same way they did when I believed I needed methods.
Naturally, I stopped using methods. I stopped trying to shift. I no longer thought, Okay, tonight I’m going to shift, and I'm going to use X method. Because that’s not how you think or act when you’re a master shifter. I let go—why would I bother using a method before sleeping when I could just stand up, think about my DR, and be there? Why would I bother doing a method before falling asleep when I knew I'm a master shifter?
I allowed myself to shift. It was me! When people ask, What method did you use? What did you do to shift?—do you really, truly believe it’s the method that makes you shift? Of course you do, because you live in a reality that seems logical, and you apply that logic to shifting. But shifting isn’t logical! It just happens! I have no idea why—it’s literally just magic to me—but that’s how it works.
So, you need to understand: You make it happen. That’s a good thing, right? It means you don’t need methods, and you don’t need to keep searching for “the key.”
Anyway, I hope this helps someone. (Also yes, before you tell me, I know this is basically Law Of Assumption. But I wanted to explain it in more of shifting terms)

You are in control. You have always been. You can shift and you will shift.

Stop looking for answers outside yourself.
You already have all it takes to wake up in your DR.
You are the key to shifting because you are all you need to shift.

Stop overthinking it. Stop overcomplicating it.
Breathe.
Let go of control. It's okay. You got this.
Shifting is inevitable.
Accept it; YOU WILL SHIFT.

Not gonna lie, this was mainly for me. But hopefully, someone else needed to hear it too.
You’ve shifted already. Theres NOTHING to do because youve already shifted. You are in your DR right NOW. Theres no process because you have ALREADY shifted. Its already DONE, you shifted! Its that simple, you shifted! You are in your dr!
i can imagine any dr in my head, say “i have shifted” and be there. that’s literally it.
the 3d doesn’t need to shift for me to know that i just shifted.
i saw it, i said it, i made it happen.
treat shifting with ease. you don’t see your dr? yes you do. you failed? no you didn’t.
this only goes in your favor.
