(Side note, but in 6 years of searching this is the ONLY mini piano I’ve found that’s sensitive enough to detect rat paws - I was so excited to find it, I’ve wanted to train this trick forever!)

I’m a firm advocator for more insectiod features on the trolls rather than mammalian considering that they literally are born as grubs and have bug motifs

infodump on what I want to add to their features below

skin: rlly thin fleshy layer that covers a harder keratin almost endoskeleton like thingie

limbs: segmented !!! four fingers- each with a small to sharp or thin needle like claw

eyes: wide set and mantid like, sea dwellers have larger pupils

no nose…breathe thru small spinacles in their pores lol

hair is like that of fuzzy insects and arachnids :3! Think tarantulas and caterpillars..fiber like

They smell thru their horns which have the same sort of texture of like a beetle horn..shiny :p sensory organ
