a bit of contaxt:

The piece talks about coping with depression, Not a simple process to do alone.

The process of healing and self-discovery only reveals more problems and fears i had. I had to make sure I can fix the current problem before I move to the next stap…This process took me two years.

This piece is intended to give the viewer an understanding of what I felt at that time
