Why I Love The Age Of Information

Why I Love the Age of Information

because i have friends who sit refreshing the school district page to tell facebook immediately that SCHOOL IS FUCKING CANCELLED minutes before the phone calls go out. and then people flood everything with joy, and the whole process is old in a few more minutes. seriously, whatever people say, /I actually love our generation./

but also

YEAH BITCHES NO SCHOOL BECAUSE WASHINGTON IS COMPLETELY INCAPABLE OF DEALING WITH SNOW.

Another Problem

this one of even less merit than the last but this is my corner of the internet bite me

anyways, see i've been thinking and i think stress is the worst thing ever and this is why

stress is generally caused by things that are bad. so, bad.

stress makes me a cranky person.

stress also is crazy unhealthy and it's just unfortunate that whenever I get stressed and miserable is also when my face starts to break out

stress is something that's totally my fault cause that's what i chose to do and it still makes me mightily unhappy

fricking, like, everything else

i don't know

stress isn't actually the worst thing ever

but the fear of impending deadlines and not panicking enough to write pages and still more deadlines is not going well

so anyways

happy january

So This Is Day 3 Stuck Inside My House And I'vedisintegratedto Taking Screenshots Of My New Tab Page

so this is day 3 stuck inside my house and I've disintegrated to taking screenshots of my new tab page because I realized it is a very good representation of my time online and therefore kinda me: gmail, facebook, tumblr, cracked, parent portal [for checking school grades], xkcd, pandora and the common app

and now it turns out what finally gets me out of the house is a House marathon. heh.

Animator Kevin Parry spent six months making hundreds of paper cutouts to assemble a three-and-a-half minute stop-motion animated history of Earth.

I’d say it was time well spent, no?

The video is for Kalle Mattson’s “Thick As Thieves”
