Why do majora and cuddle pup get along so well? Was it because of rng or what?

I honestly don't know. My best guess is that I was playing with the two of them when I first added majora to the team. From experiments I have done I'm pretty sure that having two pokemon play with the poketoy together has a chance to improve their relationship. However it normally only raises it a tiny bit, while Majora and Cuddle pup instantly bonded. So I'm not sure.

Real question: why isn't sign language a required second language? At what point did we say that it was just ok for an entire portion of our population to be possibly unable to communicate with the other portion? Cuz I think that is truly dumb. Everyone should be taught sign language.

Also all of the buyers who want white kitchens are absolute idiots. I have grown up in a house with a completely white kitchen and it sucks because ever surface looks dirty almost constantly.
