Robyn's POV

"Dad I'm gay." I said in the mirror "No that sounds too forced." "What do you think Merlin?" My German Shepherd Merlin grumbled in response. "Your right Merlin I should have told him years ago but I was scared of what he would do if he were to find out." Then I had an oh fuck moment "I already proposed to Mebh! So I can't go back now." I was terrified so I called Mebh to ask if she could come over for dinner. She responded with "of course babe. Are you okay? You seem nervous." I responded with "This is the day I tell my dad that I'm marrying you and that I'm gay I just want my alpha with me." she responded with "Hey you're going to be okay babe take a breath in for 4 out for 4 better?" I responded with "Yeah thanks still scared though." I responded she replied "Hey it is going to be okay. Go cuddle Merlin for a few minutes I'll be there in 10 okay love you Birdie" I responded, "I love you too Wolf". Time to go downstairs for dinner and something I dreaded to tell him then I felt a slight pull at my chest, my mate and the love of my life reassuring me that everything will be okay.

May seem odd but I'm planning on doing a Carulia high school soulmate Au where when they turn 16 they get a white mark on their shoulder and when they meet their soulmate it becomes colored Carmen's mark is a jewel and can't think of what to do for Julia maybe a sheep or fedora or something else I'm stumped.

Who would be the better parent Julia or Carmen? Working on a new project for the one shot book.

Three years after VILE's takedown.

Carmen's POV

I stare at my reflection in the mirror ever since VILE's takedown I have been noticing more of the scars I have gotten during my years fighting them. Two are from Stockholm when I was in that ravine one scar is across my back and the other is very light but it is across my cheek I hate remembering what happened that day but with Julia, it was much less painful she felt guilty for me nearly dying that night. Her soft touch brings me of my thoughts "Good morning Jules." she leans her head on my shoulder "Good morning Carmen." Julia runs her hands down my sides feeling every scar that was there and joined her hands on my waist. "You know Carmen you are beautiful even with your scars they show what you been through and who you are now." I laugh, "You say that every day Jules" she replied "Yes but it is true you came so far and scars are the reminders of what you been through and what you overcame." Thoughts of how I got most of my scars shot through my head and Julia was right I fought off V.I.L.E. and came out alive but I also fought off something more painful than anything V.I.L.E ever did to me. Her thumb ran over a few evenly placed scars across my stomach. I had nearly forgotten about them I flinched slightly and she stopped "bad memories?" She asked. I nod and said "Remember when I was under VILE's control? Well, these scars." I gestured to my stomach. "Are what I did to myself after that, to punish myself for hurting the people I cared so much about. For hurting you." I felt the tears starting to roll down my face as she pulls me to her and kissed my cheek. "At least you never took your life." She said.
