I think all of these characters need to work through their issues before considering serious relationships.

But it's a TV show with a strong focus on fan service so Hop and Joyce will end up sleeping together at some point in season 3.

i wish people would shut up about joyce and hopper getting together. it’d be bad for joyce??? hopper’s an alcoholic who deals w bad anger issues. he’s rough around the edges and is closed up tight about his emotions.  Joyce really just needs someone who’ll be open to her and nice and sweet. she needs someone who will help her. bob was so much better for her then hopper and i’ll never stop saying it
