Can we PLEASE normalize non-sexual nudity in art, I'm aroace, but I find the human body so fascinating and beautiful, and like seeing how different people represent it

but whenever I see nude artwork there's always some rat in the comments saying "sus" or criticizing the artist for daring to draw someone with no clothes on, in a non suggestive manner, it's a shame so many people only see it as an object of attraction, please make more cool art

Pride Month and The Aphobic Stereotypes

With Pride Month being here we will unfortunately see a lot of aphobia. The usual:

'you just haven't found the right one'

'are you x because you have suffered?'

'sex/romance is everything!'

'you're like an innocent child'

'you're a monster for not feeling (romantic) love'

'how can you write/draw smut or enjoy smut art if you're asexual?'

'how can you write/draw romance or enjoy romance art if you're aromantic?'

'you're going to die alone/be miserable without a partner!'

'that person't can't be your friend; must be your lover/crush'

No aphobia allowed. Asexuality and aromanticism is a spectrum. We're not all the same. I'm a sex-repulsed and romance-repulsed aro/ace. If you want to learn more research and kindly ask around. So Happy Pride Month to Aromantics, Asexuals, and Aroaces!

people have been calling this portrait very befitting considering the amount of blood on the british empire's hands, and i absolutely agree (i also don't want to know how much this was commissioned for because i think of how many British people are struggling with food and fuel poverty):

I tell ya, if you feel more comfortable being agender than female, be agender! and if you ever find a flag that represents you better, don't be guilty about changing, being agender was still an experience!
