"What time do you think is best to start drinking?" I asked my boy, Mick. "Easy. 2 pm". "Who in their right mind would start drinking at 2?". "I would!" Why?" Because!"

"Babe, just thinking about it. 2 pm is the PERFECT time to drink. You can just sit back and relax, you don't have to worry about the kids for another hour". He said. "Well, Mick, we don't even HAVE kids yet!". !Ahh! You said Yet! You DO want kids!" He said. "Maybe I do!

We've been dating for almost a year now and we only talked about having a baby twice. Mick told me that he wants at least 2 kids with me and me only. It told him that 2 is perfect. That conversation was 7 months ago.

Mick and I had met in a cafe shortly after I finished college. I had just got back home from a vacation in Baltimore and was extremely jet-lagged. I decided to head to the nearest cafe to get coffee. Sitting in a booth near the window, I noticed a very cute man pass by. I decided to ignore him and get myself more coffee. I stood in line for a couple minutes and then I heard the door open so I looked over and saw him again. We loved eyes for a couple of seconds until I heard the barista.

"Ma'm?" He said "O-OH sorry I just w-wanted another Carmel cappuccino please" I struggled to say. "That will be 7.09 please". Said the barista. I swiped my card and put in my pin. I then read his nametag and saw that his name was Greg.

"I'm sorry ma'm but your card has been declined". Greg said. "Oh well, that's weird because it was just working" I said after I tried it again. I then looked in my wallet to see if I had any cash on me. All I had was a five-dollar bill. Stupid card

A British sounding voice from behind then startled me. "I'll buy hers and a Carmel cappuccino please," he said. "Sir I really don't want you to spend your money on me." I said "No, it's fine. It really is." He insisted. "One venti frappuccino and one caramel cappuccino!" Yells Greg. "Thanks... Greg!" Says the guy.

"Well uh, thank you for the coffee...." Oh, I'm sorry! I'm Michael but you can call me mick. And it's really no problem". Mick says. "Right. Mick. I'm y/n". I say. "Y/n. Hmm, that's a beautiful name". He says with his cute British accent. "Thank you. Is there any way I could pay you back mick?" I asked him. "Well, maybe you could sit with me?" He insisted tilting his head giving me puppy eyes while waiting for my answer. "Of course I can," I say Without hesitating.

Kiss now? Please?

FAILED!!

Okay… Just… Kiss already!

FAILED!

FAILED!

Stop staring at his lips and kiss him!

FAILED!

His eyes are up there… Wait… Are you going to kiss him???
