I Have Just Been Rewatching Some Of The Key Episodes Of NCIS Ahead Of The S17 Premiere And Have Just

I have just been rewatching some of the key episodes of NCIS ahead of the S17 premiere and have just watched Parental Guidance where Tony meets Zoe, the scene where Abby tells Tony that Ziva probably won’t ever come back and that he needs to move on made me think. Tony believes that Ziva is dead so maybe he has moved on like he did when he met Zoe, after all he has never been good at not having female company. Just imagine what his reaction would be when he finds out Ziva is alive and how conflicted he would be if he was with someone else, as a Tiva shipper I would hate that but there is a part of me that would like to see the conflict and then see Tony and Ziva talk and decide to make a go of their relationship.

I think there needs to be some angry Tony (always liking some angry Tony) after everything Ziva has put him through (sleeping with Adam, not telling him about Tali, not telling him she is alive - not too sure about this last one). But only if they make up and end up as a family I would hate to see them angry and never get their happy ending.

Am I the only one who wants a tense reunion for the Tiva? I want to see the years of not saying explode in a brutal explanation. I think they have to go through this.

Like I said I want that too, eventually they make up and all but first I need TENSION and angry Tony and yeah same.

I have been thinking of potential storylines for Ziva’s next 2 episodes, and I would love to see someone from the past go after the “old” team including Tony and by association Tali, as a result Ziva comes back to help the team and to protect Tony and Tali. Would anyone else want to see this or is it just me?

Am I the only one who is desperate to see Tony with Tali and us seeing that she is such a daddy’s girl and him totally doting on her?

Am I the only one loving Ziva and Torres? I think it would be great if they persuaded Cote de Pablo to keep popping up just to see those two, they are so like brother and sister.

Last night they had Jack talking to everyone about Ziva, but the conversation I would like to have seen would be one between McGee and Gibbs, after all they were the ones closest to Ziva. 

They are the ones with the history and connection to her and the most confused and conflicted feelings, that even if they talk to the others they just won’t get it as you had to be there with them to truly understand all that they have been through together as a dysfunctional family, especially as the new team doesn’t seem to have as much of a family dynamic.

McGee heard Ziva mention Paraguay Gibbs could have told him that Ziva went looking for them and McGee could tell Gibbs that he wished they had the chance to say goodbye. 

The episode as a whole felt a bit flat and just highlighted the different energies between old and new, and not having Gibbs and McGee discus things was a missed opportunity.
