DANI: Janitor and Supernatural Cataloguer

The snarky, emo, and vicious demon witch. But deep, deep, deep, inside her putrid soul, she has a genuinely good heart.

She works at Polter's Bakery where she's a janitor by day and supernatural investigator by night. She holds a book with the spirits of every monster they've ever caught. It's pretty packed!

Between her and David, she's much more competent. This is rivalled by her constantly being targetted for being annoying. Most of them aim for her nose, which is why she always has a bandage on it. Luckily for her, David is a sturdy and enthusiastic meat shield.

She isn't religious, but she wears a cross necklace. Partly because it's emo, and partly because the idea of a demon wearing a cross is funny to her.

DAVID: Cashier and Supernatural Negotiatior

The aloof, chipper, and fearless (read: stupid) undead siren. Most of his disguise is thanks to Dani's magic, but he had to learn how to do makeup to feel more alive... And how to do his nails too, that's super important.

He also works at Polter's Bakery where he's a cashier by day and supernatural negotiator by night. He can hypnotize people like a siren by singing, but he prefers to amaze people with his plethora of useless talents. It usually works, either way.

Having a high pain tolerance and being basically unkillable, David is the perfect candidate to negotiate with unreasonable targets. Most of the time, this results in a "Dormamu we need to bargain" type situation, but he's genuinely charismatic.

He has tri-colored shoulder length hair because he was too attached to the old colors to let them go and didn't want to cut his hair. It also gives him an excuse to try out different styles (he specializes in braids!).

LOCATION: POLTER'S BAKERY

The new bakery in town! A few have popped up around the country, but crashed and died out after only a couple months, almost as if the bakery is a cover for something... And right you are!

The bakery is a front for Polter's Supernatural Investigation HQ (name to be decided). The only three employees there are Dani, David, and Polter. However, after a mission staking out the haunted Wickershire House, the Danger-prone Duo find two skilled teen investigators and bring them onto the team.

Although there are established supernatural hunting agencies, Polter's Bakery is an independent agency that flies under the radar. Almost as if they don't want other agencies to know about them...

High fever granted me a vision. Meet the Supernatural Investigation duo, Bubblegun and Melonhead!

Bethany Eastwood: AKA Bubblegun

Preppy, sporty, tomboy of the popular kids group. Always wears pink, always chews bubblegum, and always has a gun on her. She's 15!

She prefers to speak through violence, but her words cut much deeper. The only thing she won't hurt are her friends, who she's completely and totally loyal to! Certain victims to her behavior like to call her a guard dog.

Her parents were hunters (not supernatural ones, just regular deer hunters and shit). They taught her how to track, hunt and shoot. After something happened, her sister took her and moved them from the countryside to the Big City™.

The blonde strip in her hair is from one of her first ghost encounters (technically it should be white, but blonde worked better).

Micheal Reevera: AKA Melonhead

Anxious, slightly insane, nerdy outcast of the bullied kids group. Just kidding! Even that clique doesn't like him.

Obsessed with the supernatural, Mike has been investigating it since he was 9, which is also the last time he's ever gotten a good night's sleep! Despite his constant anxiety and stumbling over himself, he's surprisingly skilled despite never getting professional training.

All of his equipment for dealing with monsters is self-made! He taught himself how to do engineering, coding, and all that jazz.

The red underdye (what do you call it??) is something he did on his own when he was a kid. Not like there was anyone to disapprove of it! Or care, really.

GENERAL PLOT:

After their mutual friend Ben goes missing, BBGun and MH work together to find him, only to fall into a conspiracy of the undead, evil shadow governments, and eldritch horrors. All the while, secrets about their town and the people they love begin to unfold... Just what has Ben got himself into?

Meet the absent-minded Viktor Ivanoch! He's not a part of the investigation team, but he's one of the popular kids (aka one of BBGun's friends!!!)
